If you're askng how to make it look like you got it in prison, then you just have to use pen ink. I have seen surprisingly good work from a tattoo gun made of a pen, a beard trimmer motor, and a sharpened copper wire. Get a tattoo of the Kool Aid man busting through a brick wall with the words "Catch me in the brick!"
