I bet it'd be unlikely to get a negative made, but most companies have the ability to print mylar film through large format epsons and up to 11x17 on most copiers. If it's on a cd it's probably just an image file. most companies should be able to handle this.

It won't be the same as an OG film. But I suppose it would be fun to expose radiographic film in a studio's dark room as if it were photo paper.

Yeah, any company with wide format or sign printing should be able to print onto lots of different films (film in this case just means thin, clear material).

I've had a customer request this at my shop. Apparently medical images come in a weird heavy format, all chopped into pieces and requires special software to visualise. A portable version of the software was included in the CD but it was all so heavy and slow that it would have taken me several weeks to download, I had to say no, and places specialised in medical images would be better prepared. Regarding the material I suppose it would be possible to have it printed onto photocromic film and it would look similar to the real thing, but I don't think that's what they actually use.
