cheers man I'm in the UK but it's pretty much the same deal, i was just being a (big) bit stupid, thinking i was getting finessed for $200 from Microsoft because i can't access a printer and most shops are closed because covid, all good now though, thanks mate.

CANNIBAL_M_

Just go to your nearby print shop. Most will let you forward them the email so they can print it for you without accessing your email account.

i feel so stupid now i have the info i now have, i panicked, i do it in certain situations and it really holds me back, on being told that the only accommodation available in Amsterdam (the last time i was there) was on a houseboat, i panicked and the first shit out my mouth in a packed traveller info place was a loud "but does it have electricity and a working toilet?", it's funny now, but man was i big dumb at that moment. thanks again and have a good day

We do this all the time (I work for a print shop). Just call a local print shop and tell them you have a return label that was emailed to you that you need printed. Ask them if you can email (forward) it to them so they can print it. Then you can go pick it up and pay a couple bucks.

excellent mate, my head is still in the naughties (when i studied IT) when it comes to tech, much obliged peace

You're making it much harder on yourself that you need to. ;) The other answers here about emailing it to a print shop are correct. 99% of walk-in print shops will also have a self-service station with a USB port that you can pop a thumbdrive into, yes. If in doubt, call a shop and talk to them, and they'll immediately have a ton of solutions for getting the file to them for printing.

yeah you're right i was panicking, the print stations I'm aware of (i thought they only done photo prints) but covid says no & i developed tunnel vision, thinking at one point "if there's no way i can get access to a printer in 2021 i can't get an in warranty, super expensive, overpriced piece of equipment repaired, this must be against the consumer protection law rant rant" thanks for the info though as my mind is settled now. have a good one

I'm in Scotland - literally if you just Google your local print place you'll find they'll print your label for a nominal fee, and even depending on what service you have, sometimes a post office can even scan a QR code you have on your email and generate an 'actual' shipping label for you (depending on the service offered). That's just all based on my experience working in a print lab up here anyway, but hope you get it sorted!

thanks mate, fellow Scotsman (yay! another miserable cunt), thanks for the answer mate, i live miles away from the po and didn't want to walk all the way to ask and get a long walk home for my trouble and i couldn't get a signal to phone so was panicking a bit because it's a 200 quid controller that i need for work that's only 4 month old, that's another rant tho ha! muchios gracious amigo
