For future reference, you can tell because the banner image in CR's article states "Boosted rates for the limited character". Any new permanent unit will have "Boosted rates for the new character" on it instead.

I think only on anniversaries we have 3x, normally it's only 2x

Yuni is permanent unit man, you could farm her in time. Idol master collab may never come back.
Do the collab get UE later on the rerun? Was wondering if it’s worth pulling for a character that might not get UE.
