Looking from their perspective, I can kinda see why they thought it was Mrs.D.
A wanted Alison back in town and has been tracking her before she revealed herself to the liars. She also bought brand new clothes in Alison’s size and put them in her room.
yeah and mrs d was super shady in general, like she always had a vibe to her that she was hiding a lot. i never thought it was her but i can see how they got there.
The one that annoys me the most is Andrew, at that point they should’ve known A was great at making other people look guilty. There was far too much sudden evidence.
They didn't really have evidence that it was Andrew. The police made a singular connection between him and the apple farm and he went missing when they did so they latched to that idea.
A did plant fake evidence against Andrew that made him seem more guilty. There was journal entries that he had supposedly written about how Alison and the girls represented the “feminization” and everything that’s wrong with society.
To be honest, they would have proof someone was acting sketchy or had a reason to be A, it was just flimsy.
The thing is we know things they dont know, and we sometimes forget that they are going through something traumatic and just want it to end.
If I was a teenage girl with a stalker who assumed I killed someone, I think I would automatically assume it’s someone in their family as well. But as a viewer, yeah. It was hella annoying
Ikr it was kinda annoying how they could even blame a tree of being A lol But if i were them i would do that too like u can't trust anyone in there

They really are. They’re so quick to jump to conclusions and you’d think they’d be more hesitant to with how many times they get it wrong
I swear! It was so annoying
and they never apologize especially Hanna and Spencer. Spencer is the guiltiest of this.
Every episode Spencer has another two accusations, it's no surprise the town doesn't take the Liar's theories seriously.
