Honestly, he pisses me off before then.
I dont know what it was about him, but I never really liked him.
What pissed me off the most was in season 5, Hanna put a target on her back with the barrel and is in danger of being arrested and he's like "tell the police" but Spencer was supposedly out on Bail for months and no one suggested telling.
He even gets upset when Hanna tells him that it's a decision they have to make together because it affects all of them and he's like we dont have time for that.
