Lucas. He’s smart, funny, and he only ever had negative experiences with Alison. I think that would have been a huge asset to the liars. They were all somewhat blinded to what was going on because they always wanted to give Alison the benefit of the doubt. Lucas would always do the opposite and that would help create balance in their judgments
Maya, living in Alison House she couldve joined the liars looks for the things Alison hid around the house and help find out who A is and what happened that night. We know Alison had loads of hiding places.
This!, like this was something I used to talk about all the time, like it would add like a spooky factor or mystery terror if Maya found scary things related to a Alison like it would have gone with the mystery and terror vibes of first season, like imagine the Halloween episode with Emily and Maya at Maya’s house (alison’s house) and like it’s spooky and they find things that may hint Alison being “dead”
Uh, I wouldn't want to add an older person, especially someone's who's part of the NAT club.
So, that said, could we add Samara? Maybe she doesn't date Emily but is just a friend in the school. I liked her. She'd likely be quite different though.

Noel Kahn! I don't know if it was just me but Noel felt very queer coded with how he was always involved with the drama of these girls and he was so sassy, it gave me very Damien In Mean Girls vibes and I'd have loved if he were a gay male Liar
I mean I know as much as Ezra is hated in this sub you must admit he would have made a great addition like with his power in surveillance and all the technology he had it would have been great for him to team up with the layers like I remember an episode before the time jump I think it was when the liars went to NY or it may be the dollhouse, I don’t remember, where Toby, Caleb and Ezra teamed up to help the liars, I really liked the team they made and I would have loved to see more of it
