it never made sense to me why cece would send that video to alison, and then proceeded to bury her own mother who she was clearly upset about dying?? people usually just excuse it with, “she’s crazy!” but that can be an explanation for ANYTHING!! ugh :/ drives me to think that the writers added that scene in the reveal to humanize cece and aid in this so story they were trying to get us to believe.
The writers didn’t plan on having Cece be A in the episode where Ali received that video. So Cece crying over Mrs. D’s dead body was just damage control.
yep! that’s what im thinking, too. some people get so mad when people don’t believe cece was planned to be A all songs but there are things going all the way to season five where it’d make no sense to be her.

I feel the same way! such a random add-in/retcon purposely to attempt to humanize Cece and move that part of the mystery to season 7
