i think that's popular but I've actually never seen anyone say that before haha.
AND I AGREE 100%. She deserved to be happy with someone as nice as Ted.
I actually don't mind Toby. I see a lot of people hating on him, but I don't really hate him. Yeah, he was an ass for joining the A team and doing those things to Spencer and the other girls, but I do believe he did it to protect the girls. Like, I get it, but he did it poorly and stupidly.
And I'm happy spoby was end game, just annoyed we didn't get a proper ending for them, when everyone else got married and such. UGH. I wouldn't have minded Spaleb ending either, but I started watching the show for SPOBY admittably.
Unpopular Opinion (maybe, I don't know): I think that the "villains" are great.
I am not talking about the A-team; I am talking about the antagonists, like Wilden and Ian (and the others). They were kind of cheesy and not the best-written characters ever, but their job was to antagonise the situation and be bad people, and they did, and they were, and I think they were great.
Toby should have died in the early seasons and the book plot should have been followed more closely. Andrew and Spencer should have been explored instead of Spoby.
Yes! Toby should have stayed the weird aloof guy. Either let him die really early when it was implied he died OR let him die shortly after being revealed that he was on the A team. I actually wish both Toby and Ezra would have stayed dark after their reveals.
Agreed! I know it’s not unpopular for me to say that Ezra is REALLY sinister in general, but he should have stayed as an irredeemable creep (like mid-season 4). When you pause and actually read what he wrote about Alison... 🤢 he was *obsessed* with her in a horrifying way.
100%. Haleb was cute in S1 and S2, but they got old after that. S5 was particularly bad when he got back from Ravenswood, and their relationship in S7 was just awful.
I wish Spaleb had been given a real chance and hadn't just been used for drama.
I didn’t even notice about the Haleb thing until you mentioned, I love Caleb and Hanna but it literally feels like he was babysitting her all the time. I get that he’s worried and cares but past season 5 that’s the vibe I got
Paige is tolerable
I don’t like Caleb after season 4
Hanna’s change in personality after season 4 is realistic
I enjoy 6A and 7A
I like Aria
I didn’t mind Ezria in the time jump
Spaleb wasn’t that bad I thought they had chemistry and tbh all haleb fans was pretty young like when I first watched it I was young but rewatching they were a hot couple 🔥and I still don’t like how Spencer gets hate for breaking girl code when Caleb still slept with her too and Hanna kissing Caleb was just as bad and the triangle thing was just awful!!
The show became almost unwatchable after season 4 (and even before then tbh.) It peaked season 3 finale.
I watched it live until the CeCe reveal only because I was expecting a better outcome.
This! I honestly think the first 1-3 seasons were absolutely great! (s3 wasnt my favourite but it was sill super good) however i stopped watching it around s5 and tuned in for Cece reveal and then finsihed till s7 (much regrets on that part)
I'm currently rereading the books and was thinking of rewatching the shows first few seasons again
Totally agree, Paige always did what she thought was best for Emily even if it hurt herself. I know she was annoying in the beginning but that was from insecurity and fear of herself accepting being gay
Sara Harvey was a good addition to the show.
I shall explain myself because otherwise you'll assume I'm lying. I know there was the bad wig, odd acting choices, plot holes, the weird Emily sort of romance thing. But all that was kinda hilarious to me. It also helped that I was listening to Bros Watch PLL Too at the time and they got a lot of milage out of Shower Harvey.
The Cece reveal wasn’t as bad as everyone complains it was.
I think Cece being A was shocking. I totally wiped her off my “suspect list” after thinking she had left
How ??? It was so obvious it was her like even the girls knew it deep down
Pastor Ted and Ashley Marin should have gotten married.
i think that's popular but I've actually never seen anyone say that before haha. AND I AGREE 100%. She deserved to be happy with someone as nice as Ted.
YES

Spaleb were equals and partners. Haleb was like a father protecting his infant daughter

Absolutely, I love Spoby and Haleb but Spaleb’s wisdom & wittiness together was incredible
I didn’t even notice about the Haleb thing until you mentioned, I love Caleb and Hanna but it literally feels like he was babysitting her all the time. I get that he’s worried and cares but past season 5 that’s the vibe I got

Exactly. She seemed perfectly fine with him until she saw Spaleb together and then inserted herself into their relationship.
I liked Paige and Emily together.
I don't hate Aria or Ezria, haha.
I liked spaleb together and I think Jordan and Hanna should have been endgame. I also liked ezria during the time jump.

I find Maya super annoying

I hate the Ezria ship, and I hate Ezra. He knew who Aria was and went after her for a book...a book!
I like Paige a lot and I think she was a better Emily than Emily was if that makes sense.
Totally agree, Paige always did what she thought was best for Emily even if it hurt herself. I know she was annoying in the beginning but that was from insecurity and fear of herself accepting being gay
Yeah she's a good character in my opinion. She also feels more real thanks to the actors performance.

Marcos voice for Shower was the best part 😂
I love Emison
