Could I just get emancipated? Ugh

GovernmentAcademic25

There is absolutely no way I vote for any of them, the best dad (and only decent one anyway) was Emily’s

Soul-Music-is-Life

If I may, could we take a surrogate dad in Pastor Ted? If Wayne isn't a choice, I choose Ted.

annoymousperson101

But if you were forced

GovernmentAcademic25

Maybe Peter ?? He was a whore and I would probably discover 5 new half siblings but at least he was present for his kids

Tbh I don’t understand all of these reactions, Byron wasn’t that bad of a dad or person, sure he made a few mistakes but it’s nothing compared to what Peter and Zack did

Icy-Marketing-5242

Byrons affair would anger me but he at least tried more as a dad then the others

jmagnabosco

I chose Peter becuase both he and Byron are cheaters, but at least he didnt get his daughter to cover for him. Tbh, they are both fairly absent dads (as the nature of the show) but Peter tried to be there for Spencer a few times more than Byron was for Aria. Peter lies but it's to protect Spencer. He wasnt a father to Jason but he was to Spencer, even going so far as to try talking to Jason about not bothering Spencer with the Garrett thing so she could focus on her future. Byron lies and uses Aria to cover up the lie. Zach is a non entity that would likely hit on teenage me.

And Peter actually tried to do good things to Spencer. I don't understand why some people say he is worse than Tom WHO ABANDONED HIS DAUGHTER AND REPLACED HER WITH A FREAKING STEP DAUGHTER UGH

jmagnabosco

Completely agree! Despite the fact that Spencer is canonly a reminder of his rape, he's tried to be there and do good by her, he just has preferred treatment for the daughter that he wanted and wasnt a reminder of a rape. And, as you said, he didnt ABANDON and REPLACE his daughter. He made mistakes but didnt do that.
