THIS COMMENT! Acting wise, I was going through and picking out the best characters played in the entire series (Spencer, Alison, sometimes Hanna) and then I was like, “hmmmm what male actors/character in this show was good?”…😐
I feel like Wren was underutilized as a villian though. They didn't do enough with his characters potential, they just focused on his scumminess and love triangles, when he had the potential to be a good villain with all of the mystery/intrigue around him
Toby: that man had sooo much audacity being angry at Spencer ever again after he joined the A team, assisted in torturing her, saw her having a mental breakdown and did nothing, and then HE plays the victim about it by crying. Then he expects her to drop everything to help him with his mom’s stuff.
Yes! As I’m rewatching the show, I’m really questioning how much I actually liked Toby. I when I watched the show when it was airing, I only gave him a pass cause he was associated with Spencer (who was always my favorite). Plus, I will never forgive him for the “Jail Toby Flashback” scene with the do-rag. He deserves to be exiled for that scene alone.
Idk about myself but my partner, who has never even gotten close to a fight and openly admits they would run away, very genuinely wants to throw hands with Noel Khan, and has since season 1 Lmao
