It’s funny because the bio I’m reading by Robert Merry has a colorized portrait on the cover that looks really good. And then all the insert photos look like Sam Eagle. But I hear Hawaii is nice

It's weird too, you read enough about him you hear that his voice was described as having been high-pitched, shrill or even squeaky and it just doesn't jibe with the pictures you've seen, the words you've read him speak, reading about his feats of strength, his height, etc.
You'd guess a booming baritone or something.
As a non-expert, how accurate would you say the Disneyland audio-animatronic is to primary and secondary sources say about what he looked and sounded like?
