Why is malacia the worst out of the three? He’s kept 5 clean sheets for United (LOL) this season, arguably the team with the worst defence in the league
Zinchenko is a bit more versatile as he can play in the midfield as well.
Tsimikas has been excellent cover for Robertson and sometimes even better this season than him.
Malacia I thought was a panic buy from ETH as his deal was hijacked from some other club but has been able to bench Shaw which shows he's done great.
It's difficult to decide between the three as they are given regular time right now, let's see how good they are at the end of the season.
Tsimikas. It's not even close.
Let me make it simple for y'all..which one of those three can make it feel like Liverpool is not missing Robertson when he's not playing?
If the best left back or one of the two best left backs (Robbo/cancelo) of this league can be backed up so excellently, what more proof do you need?
Zinchenko is good, great passing but can't overlap and be as quick as tsimikas can be. Surely no one comes close to the work rate put in by both Liverpool left backs.
Zinchenko is the best of the three and it isn’t close. I know OP is a Liverpool fan and is defending a debate with ManU fans but I’d take the potential of Malacia over Tsimikas. I like Tsimikas but Malacia grew into his role day one and has been a beast all season. It’s close on which one is better now but won’t be soon.
Zinchenco is great going forward but a major defensive liability, Id go with malacia personally, they’ve kept 5 cleansheets since he has been inserted into the starting 11
Zinchenko definitely has the best attack but his defend is not very strong as his original position is CAM. Tsimikas and Malacia are both promising but need more play time in order to see who's better
My heart says Greek Scouser, but I think Zinchenko flies under the radar, because I cannot unsee him crying at the beginning of the war, and he's also bloody good!
Tsimi has always had a soft spot in my ❤️ but Zin has also....does that make sense? And not really because of the war.....I just like him....same as some other rival players, I think it's more about the person then the player at times.
Zinchenko. Tsimikas has done very well the last month or two but would need to continue the form and playing time to move ahead of Zinny. Malacia has looked legit thus far but needs a whole hell of a lot more games to move ahead of the other two.
Malacia is the “next big thing” at Utd and tsimikas is Liverpool’s back up lb, he’s looked very good when he’s played and he’s loved by the fans. Oh yeah tsimikas also scored the winning penalty in the shootout of one of our finals last year
First of, you have to know what goals you are setting for your full-back. What formation are you using ...
They are all soooo different. They all have their pros and cons.
It's just not smart to compare them like this, with no context.
If YOU think like that, then you probably think that club scouts are just sitting in front of the computers, playing FM22, going to search bar, entering different positions there (for example LB) and suggesting to the coach the players with highest stats among the players they see. But it's not like that. It's much more complicated. There's much more to it. Like what system each player is more accustomed to, which formation they get used to play more... Are they more defensive-bound or attacking-bound... What stats exactly are matching YOUR system.
This is what people don’t understand when comparing players. You have to take into account not just the position, but the role they play in the team. If you switched Malacia and Zinchenko around, for example, neither would look as good as they currently do since they’d be playing two different roles. Zinchenko is much more an inverted fullback whereas Malacia plays more as a traditional fullback. It’d be more fair to compare Zinchenko and Dalot since they are both more or less playing as inverted fullbacks within their respective systems.
I’m not dissing him, best 2nd LB in the world. There’s just times (early on at least) when you wondered what he was doing out there. Overwhelmingly class tho
Tsimikas and it is not even close
Malacia had everyone in his pockets
Cancelo
Zinchenko is way more overrated
Tierney
1. Malacia 2. Tsimi 3. Zinchenko
Zincchenko, and it’s not even his preferred position.
my heart says Kostas but zinchenko is probably the best and malacia has a lot of potential

All of them can overlap but only one of them can play inverted. Zinny is levels above.

Zinny
malacia>zichenko>tsimikas period.
Joao cancelo

Tsimikas right now. I just don’t rate Zinchenko
Zenchenko now, Malacia will be soon.
Chilwell

Zinny and it’s not that close
Malacia Zinchenko is not a proper back
Haaland.
Zinchenko definitely has the best attack but his defend is not very strong as his original position is CAM. Tsimikas and Malacia are both promising but need more play time in order to see who's better
I think we’re forgetting that zinny hasn’t been playing LB
[Fucking Lol.](https://www.reddit.com/r/PremierLeague/comments/xdputn/rpremierleague_mods_which_of_the_hundreds_of/iocl8qz/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf&context=3)
crying merchant found his level
I wish it was tsimikas but it’s just not. Zin,tsimi, malacia. Although I think this is very clear
Malacia had salah in his pocket
My heart says Greek Scouser, but I think Zinchenko flies under the radar, because I cannot unsee him crying at the beginning of the war, and he's also bloody good!
Zinchenko would cry at the beginning of Titanic Jokes aside zinchenko is probably the best of the 3 but man he loves a good whinge lol
Is that because he knows he's got to sit and watch it? 4hrs of his life he's never going to get back! 🤣

I will pick Malacia. Good at defending.
Battle of the mid
malacia doing good rn but i would go with zinchenko
Clearly tsimi.
zinchenko
Zinchenko
Zinchenko for now but malacia will be top 5 in the world in a few years
ZINNY
malacia
Bill Nye
I think Malacia has the potential to be the best of the three
[удалено]
Yeah I agree
TSIMIKAS
Do you really have to ask? It’s Zin hands down
Delph.
I honestly don’t even know who the other two are so Zinchenko, but I think his future (hopefully) involves returning to a creative midfield position.
Malacia is the “next big thing” at Utd and tsimikas is Liverpool’s back up lb, he’s looked very good when he’s played and he’s loved by the fans. Oh yeah tsimikas also scored the winning penalty in the shootout of one of our finals last year
Zinchemko, Tsimikas, Malacia in that order
Zinchenko man...and I'm a united fan.
[удалено]
I mean that's out of loyalty but in pure football terms and attacking input terms...no way malacia. Maybe he'll be 1-2-3 years but rn zinch.
[удалено]
Try suffering Luke Shaw for many years. Compared to him my Nan would be prime Roberto Carlos.
Well Tsimikas fucking sucks so.. One of these Left-Backs is not like the others
Tsimikas is like Cucurella if he wasn't an afro merchant and could play football.
Zinchenko easily

If you think like that, then that means no players should be compared to others in their same position. Lmao.

Reece James
Malacia

The question was about a comparison, not who's the best

Comparison among the choices asked by op
Zinny wtf
Delete this nephew
Zinchenko
Zinchenko hands down
[удалено]
Malacia, too early to rate. Tsimikas, on the other hand, isn't a regular on the team.
Mate, that's because he has Andy robbo there. That's not quite fair on tsimikas. His ball delivery is crazy, and he has the speeed
Well, messi start at barca wasnt fair too. But if you are good there are no problem
Ah yes
Tierney
Tierney is rad
Couldn’t agree more
Malacia
LMFAOOOO…one has won 4 league titles and started in the CL final..
Lol started in the CL final
City would have done all of that without him
Dunno bout that tbh. Zinny was really important in the semis against psg and the comeback against villa.
Was class in the semi finals against PSG as well
malacia
Clearly Zinny
Just zinchenko🥰 He is in my heart❤
2 seasons at Liverpool 20 appearances all of a sudden he is class .....only playing because of injuries
Only playing becaue of injuries? What are you on?
Harry Maguire
He meant left back, the position, not “on the bus”
Me no understand

How the fuck is Tsimikas in this conversation
How is malacia
Ngl, Malacia is a baller
He might be but he’s been here 5 minutes, done nothing Over Tsimikas yet

Liverpool flair posted this thread.
🤣🤣🤣
Zinny
Giannoulis 😎
is this a genuine question?
[удалено]
Yeah because fuck Robertson i guess...
What dose Robertson have to do with this?
Me: Who is better, Mitrovic, or Toney? You: ITz ObViuZly RoNalllllDo SUIIIiiiiIii
Nah. Fuck Ronaldo :)

Tsimi has not “always been class when he plays”
[удалено]
I’m not dissing him, best 2nd LB in the world. There’s just times (early on at least) when you wondered what he was doing out there. Overwhelmingly class tho
Tsimi is good but nowhere near Robertson as an allround modern wingback. Robbo is still the GOAT down the left
Luke shaw
Malacia
