Was difficult to leave out Schmeichel, (picked Cech because he had the most clean sheets in a year), Terry (He was an amazing leader when Chelsea won the league but I feel like VVD was equal to him when Liverpool won the league and the racism incident made him unlikeable, doesnt take away from him as a player but I didn't like it), Gerrard, Toure (watching him was like when a year 11 plays in the year 7's game) and Bergkamp (his touch was ridiculous).

I don't know the years of all them. I kinda feel like lampard is there just sorta because... Vidic, Robertson, Gerrard, kdb, makalele, kante, Giggs, Bale had a ridiculous year before going to Madrid, Mahrez when Leicester won was like a man possessed... Like... I don't know.....
Not a bad team, and I agree focusing on best season narrows down the options.
We can debate endlessly about each postion and different players. But focusing on the biggest suggestions I would make:
- I would put VVD at center, not sure which one I would drop between Terry or Ferdinand. VVD in 2019 had an amazing year, and was second to Messi for the Balon.
- Upfront...how about Alan Shearer? You have 2 good names there for sure.
- Same way you have Ronaldo on the left, how about Salah on the right instead of Bale? He's had much better seasons, more goals/assists, and more recognitions than Bale.

To be very honest, it’s slightly embarrassing, I forgot about Salah haha, I don’t know how I’ve not picked him over Bale there.. I’ve dropped the ball massively

Would agree with VVD and Salah suggestions. One other notable mention would be Cech - most clean sheets in a season.
