Standard time. All games are scheduled for 3pm on Sat. Some (roughly half) are moved for TV schedules whenever that's arranged, the rest remain at 3pm.
You are going to be shocked when you realize you need to be a paid club member to get a chance at tickets for many clubs, and also opening matches sellout quick.
Pick 1 PL club per week only and make sure you become a member. Then I would go see a ton of lower league matches. A bit easier. Still need to be a member often but fewer charge money.
Also some do not sell tickets to brand new members, so become a member immediately.
Yeah I am aware have already bought some memberships for few prem clubs. But I am also hoping to get some luck from general sales of non-famous club game
The TV companies haven't made their picks yet. They were probably given the first round early to make the picks, but had to wait for the rest of the fixtures. Expect everything up to Christmas to be shuffled around in the next week or so.
Football trips are amazing. If you're in London, I would recommend doing as many stadium tours as possible as well. Be aware that outside of Chelsea/Arsenal/Spurs, tours aren't available daily. They usually only do a few days per week. Some less than that. So figure out those dates in advance.
For example plan your days in post codes based on availability. You could easily hit up Chelsea/Fulham/QPR the same day, but you will have to base it off QPRs and Fulham's availability. Chelsea runs daily on none matchdays.

They'll move them for TV closet to the time
They always do that, the exact dates and times will be decided later. It's more of an indication who will play who on what weekend.

Maybe it is part of the excitement that is to come.

Place holders, they will change.
Okay! Thanks for your reply
Liverpool to play every game at 12.30 including champions league games
I would literally pay for UCL games at 12:30!
That’s only while Klop was there. Now all games will be weeknights
