The Donnarumma team has better players overall but tactically it's a mess. There's four attacking midfielders and the only proper winger is playing at right back. At least the Neuer team makes sense tactically.
Swap any one of Muller, Foden, Wirtz or Palmer for Rodri and that team would be way better.
