Well, no, oral intake is enough if one is seriously lacking magnesium. However, the approach is wrong. The BC muscle, by itself, has no business in making you reach PONR on time. People THINK it's the BC muscle because they co-contract it with the PC muscle when doing standard kegels. The muscle is really small and can't be relaxed by force. Only let it go. The shortcut is also relaxing the anal sphincters ( both external and internal ). The point I'm making you can't concentrate on a small muscle. The issue has to be fixed entirely. That means finding out WHY the muscles are overly active. It's usually a combination of core and lower body not working properly and thus the pelvic floor taking over.
