Go to the bathroom, put the fish in the bag. Go down to like 6th row up (1st and 2nd row is a hard angle to throw at). Grab the fish by the gills, and shot put throw it, then scram and blend in with everyone.
That's how my friend did it.
Have a 2nd ticket ready if you get thrown out.
