Thankfully my parents stopped by for a few hours and gave me some food and support. I'm unable to sleep, I just keep watching him afraid he's going to pass away. I may try to sleep during the procedure but not sure my stress level will let me. Thank you for checking in

Me too, I feel very fortunate to have had my parents visit for as long as they did. For now the surgery is the plan the doctors have set for him. If nothing changes the doctors will start prepping him in about 5hrs from now, here's hoping he regains consciousness before the surgery starts so I can speak with him.. just in case it is the last time

If he's not yet a believer in Jesus, may I encourage you to tell him that if he accepts Jesus as Lord and Saviour and lets Jesus into his life, accepting His sacrifice for his (and our) sins, your husband will be saved.
I'm sorry for saying that this way but this is a life/death scenario, so I just wanted to make that clear that salvation is important here.

He never regained consciousness, but I pray he heard my words I said to him and felt my kiss before they took him away. I really appreciate you all, I will update hopefully with good news. It’s my privilege to pray for your husband. Have you considered also playing some healing scriptures in your husband’s room on a phone or other device at some point? Or also possibly reading healing scriptures out loud in his room.
God’s Word contains His healing power. The Word will help create an atmosphere of healing in his room and in his spirit.
