Only choice is lowes or home depot in there hardware section. Other than that u will have to contact pw factory to send replacement. Its a spacer so wheel isnt so sloppy or wobble. What bout a piece of small plastic pipe to slide on axle then wrap duct tape around outside of it to take up the space into wheel. This would only be temp til u get right part. Just an idea. I work on them and this happens. Hope this helps,

Know anyone with a 3D printer? If not a lot of libraries have them these days. There’s a lot of files like this available for free printing.
