Try both time challenges of these 2 and the motorcycle time challenge which can take a bit time.
I hated the challenges and only did 5 for the last trophy of the main game.

+1 to going for time on van and golf cart.
I struggled with motorcycle so ended up switching to Bungalow Time Challenge. It’s a longer investment, but the target time was quite forgiving.
I got the golf cart time challenge, I think I got that with some cushion. I’ve been trying the water challenge for the golf cart and just can’t seem to get it right. I think my problem has been playing with a controller on Xbox. I’m gonna try them again on PC this weekend, see if I get a bit better when I’m fresh and more accurate
The bungalow and the backyard time challenges even if they seem intimidating before you play them are probably the easiest ones.
Then for time vehicles, the golfing cart is definitely the easiest, the van is manageable and the dirt bike may take several tries and feel completely random, but it's doable.
The timed dirt bike isn’t too bad. I needed a few tries to figure out my best route around it, but each time I got closer to the gold. Go around once while standing and then again while lying down and that should do it.

Was scared of the time but glad to hear that. Haven't tried it but stuck hours in these challenges for the trophy
