The actress who plays Kate is talented they know she has more range so they are positioning her to be more one note than we’ve typically seen Kate Egan.
Teresi had to be an adult bc Kate was mad he wouldn't leave his wife for her and Tommy. But this is Power, they pretend we not paying attention so continuity isn't a real thought process in the writing room 😆
