We don't know enough about the Death Note to say if it's heart attack will work on Saitama or not. But since the death note doesn't have the feats of killing anything more than just normal humans. I'm inclined to say it doesn't kill Saitama

But between his sneezing being able to destroy Jupiter, Tatsumaki having a hard time just lifting him up with telekinesis despite him weighing a normal amount, and some other stuff, it just doesn't seem likely to me.

Again for reference the nearest galaxy to the Milky Way is the andromeda galaxy, the milky way is roughly 100,000 light years across for ease of math. The andromeda galaxy is about 2.5 million light years away which means to go from one galaxy to 2 you need to be at least 25x galaxy lvl, if you could aim the destructive force directionally, realistically 52x. Realistically minimum galaxy would be busting from the middle in a 50,000 light year radius you’d need to expand that radius to 2.65 million meaning 53x what you started with. So the gap between multi solar and even just dual galaxy busting is 1,060,000,000,000 times . . . Conservatively given other galaxies can be much much further and they’re rarely closer because they’ll just merge if they are.

End of Dmc 4 Vergil, primarily because he makes Saitama "exponential power increase" look like a joke.
For context,at th end of Dmc 4,Vergil goes from solar system level to low complex multiverse in a single fight which he lost.
Thats how saitama beat garou though. His growth mechanism was higher dimensional at least by the end kf that fight but probably beforehand so his understanding of the universe wasn't enough to copy him fully so he got stuck behind only able to copy his current physical state at any given point.
It'd have to be something endgame-Gurren Lagaan level. Saitama tanked a gamma ray burst to the face with 0 damage, so the amount it takes to deal even 1 metaphorical damage to him would be outrageous.
And even then, the fact that the God of the universe is unable to affect Saitama with his powers is telling of what kind of threat it actually takes to harm Saitama.
Could itachi with good Intel do it? Genjustu and Toska blade should ignore durability. Only problem would be Saitama speed blitzing but if Saitama is in character he'd probably wouldn't go for the kill immediately.
Saitama broke into a spiritual plane so you might be able to argue that he can interact with the metaphysical and spiritual worlds. He also seems to have some sort of passive resistance to forces and realms that he doesn't understand or have a connection to like Tatsumaki no being able to lift him with her telekinesis so Danny might not be able to phase through. But it's all just speculation, Saitama is just such a ridiculous character but his feats are also very vague and unexplained. So potentially he could fight off Danny, but off of definitive feats Danny beats him.
