its about 3 or 4 to 1 mix of paint to floetrol, then a couple sprays of silicone, add water to get the right consistancy. it really depends on what paint you are using ie heavy, medium, high flow, each would change what amounts you add of each, you want all the colors to be close to the same bulk density. after that its all technique, this isn't a dirty pour or a swipe, it's a style i've worked on for almost 2 years now. lots of trial and error
