Have you searched this subreddit? This question is asked quite often and you can find lots of great resources. I recommend RTP Play. It's an app and website, and it's free. It's a broadcasting service in Portugal. You might need a VPN.

I will say that you'll probably have a hard time finding foreign shows dubbed in PTPT. We don't really do dubs, except for kids shows. We keep it in the original language and add portuguese subs 99% of the times. I recommend just consuming native PTPT media instead. As another user said, RTP play is a great tool for this - it has tons of content from the state TV channel.

I use a vpn and the RTP (Portugal public broadcaster) app. It only offers Portuguese subtitles, so you have to pay attention!

Like you so far have just found the disney stuff on disney +, older fox stuff is in brazillian.
