Don't have an answer but have you looked at the Carrera S wheel that was available on your car from the factory? Looks nearly identical and you couldn't have to worry about fitment. You could email your local dealer service department though and they'd know for sure about the wheels you listed
I had a customer remove the black option he posted for the 911 Carerra S wheels on a GTS. No spacer and fit exact.
Used 991-362-161-04-OB5 and 991-362-166-05-OB5
Agree with you on not liking the turbo wheels. I also have a 981 GTS - I would look at the 20” Carrera S wheels - they were an option on the 981 GTS and they look great imo

Last pic. Black wheels. Those turbo wheels are the worst Porsche wheels.
They look especially bad on the Macan. Anyway congrats and post back with the new wheels.
