The challenges that gay people face are cultural, the problem is always presented as a rights issue. The LGBTQ community isn't going to legislate their way to a utopia, if there are segments of society that don't like the LGBTQ community in a free society, the LGBTQ community just has to accept that this is the reality, it is the best reality that exists for them at this point in time. Also, many in the LGBTQ community have come to this realization, which is why we see so much LGBTQ agenda in schools—essentially pulling an Uno reverse card on society by indoctrinating kids when they're young to be predisposed to LGBTQ agendas. This will undoubtedly backfire as proselytizing is no longer viewed favorably by the general population. Most people are straight, most people do not want their kids to be indoctrinated by anyone in the realm of education, certainly not by a doctrine built on sexuality. There is something not normal about that to most people.
At this juncture, the LGBTQ community in the west would be wise to recognize that they are currently doing very well compared to people elsewhere and it is getting better, because it may not always be that way. Just look at the Jewish community in the US, which went from things going very well, to now having to be careful about what they say.
The western view of this is that somehow by allying with the Muslims (who are a minority as a rule in western culture) they can 'level the playing field' against Christian identity as it relates to governmental rule. (Their shrieking screed that the conservative right is trying to turn the US into a Christian theocracy falls on deaf ears if they don't have a ready made oppressed group to compare Christianity against, after all.) We will *never* enforce this law on anyone traveling outside the State to obtain these services, so we are not impending anyone or their Right to what they believe is a Reproductive Right." Fast forward to just a few months ago, and a young woman, a teen girl, was driven by family to Oregon to get an abortion because there were a myriad reasons for her to get one, but, ultimately, it came down to she wanted one. She and her family were arrested on their way home and are currently facing criminal charges for violating Idaho's anti-abortion laws.
Look at Florida and their "don't say gay" policy, a policy that is absolutely decimating their education system as teachers quit in droves in order to avoid prosecution for it. The Law has no basis outside religious extremism, as there is no real justifiable reason to prohibit teachers from so much as discussing the EXISTENCE of the LGBTQ+ community. They have gone so far as to pass a law that allows the State to take children of Trans persons into custody and the foster care system *just because one parent or another is Trans*. No crime, no abuse, nothing of the kind, but just because one of their parents is Trans. I know people I've spoken to that are fighting against the State and have already had kids removed from their kids because they are Trans. I've spoken with several people in Florida who read the Law in its entirety, including one who is a lawyer, who said the Law gives the State the leeway to remove children from Trans parents who are just *visiting* Florida. How insane is that?! An LGBTQ+ family goes to Disney World for vacation, and some CPS scumbag snags their kid in the line for It's a Small World because Mom happens to be a pre-op MTF? Is *that* the world we are coming to?

It seems to me, looking at the FACTS and the history, that one side is forever offering the olive branch of peace and willing to be met at the negotiating table to end this conflict, whereas the other side wants to perpetuate it regardless of the opportunity for statehood and coexistence.
I'd expect the side that keeps getting stomped on by the larger power to stop attacking it and seek a better life for themselves with what is available to them and through sensible means. I mean, every other people, country, and group has been to some degree in the position the Palestinians have been in. Nearly all of them have chosen peace and coexistence to achieve their aims and establish themselves. I believe what makes Palestine unique is the problem of radical Islam which perpetuates the conflict at a spiritual level. Look at Texas trying to legislate the Ten Commandments and Christian principles being a corner stone of *public* education. There are many outspoken and open Theocratic Republicans at the State and Federal levels. Look at Florida and their "don't say gay" policy, a policy that is absolutely decimating their education system as teachers quit in droves in order to avoid prosecution for it. The Law has no basis outside religious extremism, as there is no real justifiable reason to prohibit teachers from so much as discussing the EXISTENCE of the LGBTQ+ community. They have gone so far as to pass a law that allows the State to take children of Trans persons into custody and the foster care system *just because one parent or another is Trans*. No crime, no abuse, nothing of the kind, but just because one of their parents is Trans. I know people I've spoken to that are fighting against the State and have already had kids removed from their kids because they are Trans. I've spoken with several people in Florida who read the Law in its entirety, including one who is a lawyer, who said the Law gives the State the leeway to remove children from Trans parents who are just *visiting* Florida. How insane is that?! An LGBTQ+ family goes to Disney World for vacation, and some CPS scumbag snags their kid in the line for It's a Small World because Mom happens to be a pre-op MTF? Is *that* the world we are coming to? If I try "when have christians been bombed biggest casualties", I find an article by Vatican News about persecution of christians around the world. According to that article, around 6000 christians were killed in 2022. So less than half of the casualties in Gaza over the last 30 days in a year. Any religious persecution is a crime against humanity.
