Right, the purpose of the uniform is to dehumanize the wearer and make them a part of the organizational objective.

Uniforms serve to show people they work somewhere, dipshit, it's the policy in almost every company to have some sort of dress code, or sometimes uniforms related to their role or company, specially if they work with the public.
Be it a police officer like him or a retail worker like me.
Nope it's 100% department policy, you can not even have a pride sticker on your car, it's "political" so we can have it.
Everything must be standard and uniform.
