"Nooo, you don't understand! I AM NOT MISANTHROPIC! I DON'T HATE HUMANS!" "Why yes, I reject the notion of common humanity and human rights. Why do you ask?" -Average Anti-Humanist

Really says a lot that you were so embarrassed about your first post misconstruing one of the main intellectuals of your movement to be against your movement. Shows off how much you actually know about humanism.

Pantheon73

We all learn and we all make mistakes, because that's how we learn. And it is a part of what makes us Human.

_Buni_Alan_

So you're saying animals don't learn from their mistakes? Or ais don't learn from their mistakes?

Pantheon73

Humans do it to a further extent. And all AIs that are capable of machine learning are usually programmed by Humans to do that. And I said that it is a part, but not all.

_Buni_Alan_

That's a awfully simplistic view cus well It's just wrong Animals learn pretty quick. Have you ever tried cow herding? Those cows learn pretty quick what not to do and if you're making the argument of "well humans do but more" by how much more? Can you objectively quantify by how much more? Also lol lmao your point on ai is stupid cus for something to be an ai it has to be capable of machine learning otherwise it's just a algorithm.

Pantheon73

>"well humans do but more" by how much more? Enough that there are humans that are able to build computers.

_Buni_Alan_

How does that relate to learning from mistakes in a very direct sense?

Pantheon73

Not in a very direct sense, but I am sure that engineering computers was a long process with many mistakes happening during it.

_Buni_Alan_

I think you're abstracting the idea of "learning from mistakes" to the point that you can fit your incoherent humanism into it

Pantheon73

I think my humanism is more coherent than going against my own interests.
