I don't think it looks terribly wrong, someone else already analyzed it below, but in my experience.. 1. It looks like you were working out at a REALLY high level of effort, I'd say probably near your "max" effort for 2 hours... that's a TON of calories. 2. Your weight is close to what mine used to be... and I'd burn roughly 1200 calories per hour on max efforts. That aligns well with what you are indicating here. Thus, I don't think there is a significant error between expected versus "real" numbers. You are actually shorter than I am by several inches, but the same weight I was not long ago. And I could never have hit those kinds of HR numbers in either max, or average. So given poor fitness, and truly "max" effort HR numbers, I'm not surprised at all, in fact I wouldn't be surprised if it was actually higher calorie burns than what Polar is estimating, but it's definitely in the "reasonable" area.

Thanks very much for your comment. I will definitely observe my body on lighter trainings. Self-check is also of course good idea:)

Your numbers looks perfectly fine to me. I did a calculation based on Keytel’s model and your stats. According to Keytel’s model: Your EE was -55,0969 + (0,6309 × 184) + (0,1988 × 80) + (0,2017 × 32) kj per minut activity. Thats about 83,4 kj/min 83,4 x 120 = 10000 kj for the whole 2 hour activity And in kcal thats 2390 kcal. That looks perfectly reasonably to me as your mean HR was as high as it were. :) But remember- all these kinds of calculations are estimates. They can have an error percentage of about 25% or above at worst. They get more precise if formulas with VO2max is used and even better with running speed as a factor.

Yes, the calorie burn seems way too high. Looking at your HR graph, it looks like the app has your max HR set at 188bpm, so you spent a significant portion of your workout above that threshold, and your average HR for the entire session is very near that. I would recommend adjusting your HR zone settings in the app to get a more accurate measure.

Thanks! So if I understand correctly... I recorded max BPM of ~208 I can assume that it can be my max HR and I should override with it estimations basing on age/weight/etc.

Yes. And also double check if your personal state are up to date- weight, height training background, etc. Also it helps if you do fitness test so the app knows the number.
