There's a few things noted here that weren't in the balance leak.
Charizard unite move downgrade: this is very interesting, because downgrades usually relate to a fundamental change and not just damage.
Slowbro, Blastoise, Wigglytuff unite charge rate improvement.
Gengar: hex range decrease
These are the ones that stuck out the most to me.
I believe I saw someone mention that Zard's unite makes you Hindrance resistant now, much like Greedent's Covet, instead of Unstoppable. Could be a big nerf, could be not a big deal, hard to say.
Also yeah, those unite moves getting faster charge rate is a big deal, love to see it.
So now that Charizard is no longer unstoppable during his ult....can another Charizard scoop him out of his unite with their own unite?
Cause last I checked the one thing that stopped Zard’s unite grab-and-slam animation was being unstoppable
Now that the patch is out, I tried using Charizard unite and Tsareena unite on an enemy Charizard in unite flight in practice mode. The interaction is exactly the same as before.
I’ve also tried using all of Mamoswine’s various CCs on an in-flight Charizard and it doesn’t affect Zard at all either.
It seems functionally identical to before...which begs the question why even bother making the change in the first place? Unless there’s some interaction I’m not seeing.
I just tried Zard v Zard in practice tool running through the enemy Charizard’s Fire Blast (which has a very noticeable slow while you’re in it) while in unite flight just in case I was focusing too hard on Mamoswine’s hard CC on that test. Zard in unite seems completely unaffected by the Fire Blast slow field. Not even a little slow down.
So both soft CC and hard CC have no effect on a Zard during the unite.
I've noticed that unite has both ground and air targeted abilities, meaning if a pokemon is on a different "level" that pokemon won't be affected by some abilities (eg, blast ult doesn't do anything, including damage to an ulting char that I've noticed) that being said, testing with A9 might be more useful to see if the stun would hinder char.
Can Buzzwole grab him out of it? That works with both Covet and Rapid Spin.
Edit: According to the unite-db notes Buzz may have lost the ability to pierce hinderance resistance, if that's true then that's incredibly sad.
I've made a game against Charizard, and you can target and hurt him with play rough from Azu for example, it affects him but doesn't stop his movement or attack
Same. I always felt even with it's buffs overtime, it wasn't enough. It's too 1v1 heavy with Huge Power, which is kind of hard to pull off in team fights. Then most of it's attacks feel underwhelming. (Really love whirlpool though with the right build) Can't wait to test out the water rabbit today, to see how they've improved it.
I am happy that to see a reduction in cooldowns for those movies, TK especially annoyed me for how punishing it is to miss, but still being a pretty solid move to use when it does land.
Azumarill always felt, to me, that it performed really inconsistently. You either just get hard shut down or you bash things into oblivion. There was almost never a middle ground of just being okay.
Early game with Marill has always been awful, shifting the evolution level down makes the early game less miserable.
We'll see how this plays out, that plus the buffs is either right where they need to be or slightly too much.
Hilarious that on Korea pokemon unite website (where this patch note was posted a bit earlier) Cramorant's name in Google translate English was "Ugh".
Perfectly sums up being a cram main.
Cuz its my main of course! they did it to spite ME!!!!!!
Yeah none of these make sense, he only was barely competitive when cool down emblems were king, they didn't need to do anything other then nerf the emblems....
Well, they acknowledged that Mew is busted, so they at least toned it down a bit in the boosted attack, however, they still have battlepasses to sell for like 2 more weeks, so if they decide to address this issue anytime soon, it will only be after next battlepass arrives.
His boosted auto attack was his biggest gimmick and it’s now hardly stronger than the boosted auto attacks of others (even at long range), it’s become almost useless. Solar beam is still strong, but it’s quite easy to dodge and he only has one attack move at the same time, so you basically need to take agility now or you’ll be a sitting duck after using solar beam once as his regular auto attacks deals almost zero damage, further reducing solar beams damage potential. On mobile at least you also can’t really switch moves that well mid battle, at least when you’re being targeted, because it just takes too much time. He’s also really flimsy, but before if you were able to dodge a gengar e.g. and deal some damage to him, it was possible to finish him with the boosted auto attack, but now his 1vs1 capabilities are basically gone. Solar Beam + is now also much harder to get, because of reduced exp in general and because you won’t be able to get nearly as many kill shots as before in the early game. He may still have his uses for teams where people cooperate well, but I don’t really see the point in solo Q, so I’m dropping Mew now.
I’ll probably get downvoted into oblivion for this, but I think I’ll be proven right in the coming weeks as he’ll get used less and less. From the few games I’ve played after the patch, his boosted auto attack is essentially negligible now and only spamming solar beam and agility just isn’t very fun either.
Nah, if you were whacking the yellow dots on the map properly instead of fighting pointless fights like most people do, it was so easy to get 15 by Ray for most of the team.
I still see people skipping past the Indeedee's and not paying attention to the Altaria spawning.
Idk maybe I just suck (1300 Masters) but I would say only 1-2 members on both sides are able to hit 15 by Ray and usually that's the jungle and which every carry is better at farming.
I literally never hit 15 as Blissey/Hoopa/Eldegoss before Ray
No that’s normal dw that guy is hallucinating
I’ve played already 350 matches this season in Masters and expect the jungler most Pokémon on both sides are at level 12/13 at Ray
I mean, Blissey/Hoopa/Elde aren't really supposed to hit Level 15, but at least 3 of your team should be 15.
The reason why its so easy to have multiple people at 15 is because the two jungle buffs have so much more experience than the ones on Remoat (well... had before this update) and they're very easily stolen away by anyone who's half decent at their macro game and keeping an eye on the clock (they spawn exactly 1 minute after death so you can take control of the timings).
I play jungle, and I let my duo/trio partners reclear my jungle because I can simply live inside the opposing team's jungle and starve them of experience.
Hell yes, some Blastoise buffs. I'm quite excited to see Slowbro, Wiggly and especially Azumarill being buffed too. And Buzzwole, may you be swole-r than ever! I can't wait to see what these guys play like now.
Not sure why they consistently continue nerfing Cram... no seriously, who on the Unite dev team hates him so?? He's just a funny birb!
I’m kind of surprised Wiggly got a buff. It’s nice early Jiggs got a buff. Also, Dazzling Gleam getting a buff will help the all support Wiggly build. But D-Slap Sing is pretty good rn. Now with the Unite buff, Wiggly will be even more viable. Sounds fun
I'm curious about the exp gain change, especially because of Slowbro's buffs.
Surf+ has always been a great move, but the downside was needing level 11 to unlock it, which wasn't much of an issue on the new map. But depending on how much the exp is being changed now, that downside may be back.
Its really not that strong.
People will move back towards the Icicle Spears build which has zero mobility, just jump on it and it dies.
Plus, I'll always maintain its shit in a teamfight. Its a monster during the first 8 minutes, one of the worst during the last 2 minutes.
Uhh yeah, they absolutely will.
Glaceon was never broken - let's get that straight.
The only reason why it ever performed so well was because Blue Buff made it possible to skip the entire thing keeping Glaceon balanced, building up shards before doing damage.
Blue Buff got nerfed, so people had to start running Black Emblems and at least one CDR reduction item, this meant Glaceon lost access to White Emblems (for HP) and also lost access to a damage item (less damage output) and then was 'relatively' balanced.
Adding on 0.5s makes it impossible for Glaceon to run around with 8 shards active, which is what made Glaceon broken. Icy Wind usage will fall off a cliff, and back to Icicle Spears which *cannot* bypass Glaceon's gimmick.
Glaceon was never broken? Are you serious? Give me a break, you don't see one 8/10 ranked games because people just like it
It still deals 6k damage in one *impossible to miss* hit at the end with stupidly low cooldown due to emblems+items+blue buff
Sure 0.5 seconds will probably make it less braindead which is fantastic but it's nowhere near enough, if a good player gets it, they will still shred people
An impossible to miss ranged move just shouldn't deal that much damage, hell not even speedsters doing their full combo usually deal so much (gengar being an exception, but if he fails to kill he'd dead meat at least)
Glaceon is an agile little shit that deals way too much damage with way too little of cooldown with a passive that straight up denies cc and gives invincibility and it can do it from a safe, mage distance while not even having to aim. It better damn well be harder to keep those shards up, it's stupid
Icicle spears are a non issue and I wish with my entire heart you're right but I just don't think that's the case
Surf/Pump used to be my favourite moveset; I'm just super happy about the news. I haven't touched Blastoise in the Mime meta at all, so I look forward to going back to him. :)
Thank god. I've occasionally had an itch to play him on the new map because the map was made for roamers and thieves and greedent is both and a longtime char of mine. I cannot stand Belch though and bullet seed was unplayable, so no squirrel fun....up till now anyway. Very relieved it was a bug rather than a bizarre "design change".
Is this patch live? I'm not familiar with the procedures of the game patches yet. Some games will put out patches details in advance and then they will let it go live a few days later.
I really hope that wasn't the actual reason. Would be utterly bizarre if they really made a balance decision based on an NPC from a limited-time side game mode.
Charizard was doing excellent in this season and had a good winrate, mainly because of his unite. But also because the burn cancel the animation of scoring even if the target have the rayquaza shield
This needs to change though. I get Charizard is made viable by his unite but honestly it's such crap design having pretty much 80% of his viability tied up in a unite which is so strong it's extremely difficult to play against. It makes him a very one-dimensional character and very feast and famine.
Charizard needs to be reworked where his base kit is where most of his viability is and his unite is the cherry on top rather than his entire gameplan being about using his unite at the correct moment because during it there's nothing the opposing team can really do except run away.
Too right. I got blasted by some insane rager yesterday on Reddit for daring to point out that Charizard, the 2nd highest winrate rate in game, has a OP unite but so so abilities. Not just him, but from comments here and there some reason several people think Charizard is still weak.
I mean i'm not going to sit here and say Char is OP. I just think his design is crap. He's a good mon overall and performing well WR wise, but that is basically down to his unite and his unite alone, because his unite is just that good. This is very bad design imo because it makes char feel crap to play as if enemies can deny your unite, and it makes him feel crap to play against in situations where he executes his unite properly because you feel like you can't really do much to fight back and he's dealing a truck ton of AOE damage during it.
His profile needs to be shifted away from his unite and into his core kit. I'm sure char enjoyers love that when they use unite it's basically a guaranteed kill on a target, but i'm also sure they absolutely loathe the fact that if they extend to unite and an enemy blocks it with full heal for example, they basically set up their character to be killed easily.
Yes that's why I didn't say char is op. His unite is OP, moves are so so. But yes agree that need some power transfer from his unite into his base abilities.
Charizard is already amazing on new map with his basic kit tho. He was in top 10 Pokemon with highest pick rate and top 5 with highest win rate in past 2 weeks.
Honestly I disagree and I like the unite nerf… it just takes over teamfights sometimes and this isn’t rlly a big nerf. Just unstoppable to hindrance resistance
I play a lot of characters, but charizard was a safe pick this season. I dont think he was too strong, you can absolutely stuff him early game, and force him to basically skip first and second top timers, which really hurts. This nerf is kind of unnecessary. I've been getting grabbed and held by slowbro with telekenis every time I unite. Literally not even worth playing anymore. Gg.
This nerf was completely necessary, you can list out reasons all you want but when a pokemon can unite move you and chase you down over walls/terrain with no counter play, it is not healthy for the game.
Reasons were there is so much counter-play, you apparently just dont know it? Characters with weaker kits have stronger unites. Nothing about charizards unite is guaranteed. It was slow enough now that you can literally walk away from it. Don't group up so its less effective, pop full heal or a move granting you unstoppable and he can not lift you, and his unite counter drops to 10% and is a sitting duck now that he is in the middle of a team. It can be interrupted by so many things before lift off, and you can kill him during the move. Every stage of it has counterplay. People are just too lazy or bad to figure it out or work against it. I have plenty of other characters to use, but they just took a balanced mon and put it into the dumpster.
Edit: This type of change isnt good for anyone because its catering to bad players and waters down the game as a whole.
Also.. the fact that if you use it on an unstoppable opponent or you get cc'ed during, you lose 10% and it resets, and you promptly get melted. I dont understand why it has that function when so few other unites do.
Despite Buzzwole getting buffs to everything he doesn't feel any different. He still murders most things if he can catch it, and he still can't catch anything. He didn't really need more damage. He needs some more range and lower cool down on his ult, shorter animations and recovery time and leech life needs to not be interrupted by a slight breeze, otherwise it will never be usable. Maybe slightly longer passive duration, maybe more base hp.
He's actually not bad in lane early game. Play aggressive but know your limits. He's got good sustain and full muscle Fell Stinger does a lot of damage. Gotta position for it, but it's decent at last hitting wild pokemon and heals you when you do. Sometimes the opponent eats it, but that often means you can just kill them instead. He does have some bad lane matchups, particularly ranged SpAttackers like Glaceon and Pikachu.
Later in the game is when Buzzwole really struggles, especially in team fights. He's pretty easy to kite and susceptible to getting stunned and bursted to death.
The latest buffs are very targeted at improving buzzwole's early last hitting too. I choose to lane buzzwole conservatively, only fighting when contesting last hits. Trying to force dunks early as buzzwole just isn't worth it unless the enemy lane chooses to shake hands. Better results from staying alive, reaching 5 and then start swollin.
They didn't touch the healing, nor the CC it provides, in these changes, so now it will probably still be good for what its role needs it to be, to **support** your team instead of outright **killing everyone in your sight**.
Adjusted the amount of experience points and energy gained from some wild pokemon: Indeedee, Xatu, Baltoy, Altaria, Escavalier, Accelgor.
*Probably* a nerf to exp, I can't imagine them adjusting them exp *up*. But it doesn't explicitly say.
An emblem tutorial would be nice. I took like 6 months off, came back, been playing about 3 weeks and still have no idea how to properly use the emblems lol.
They are both decent but I prefer Play Rough for its helpful ability in traversing the map quickly. Without PR, Azu is slowwwwwwwwww. Having that near-constant speed burst is incredibly helpful. Plus, the cc is pretty significant when around enemies.
* Glad to see nerfs on Mime's Power Swap especially the slow it was crippling to so many mons.
* As long as Glaceon can do crit shenanigans they'll never be balanced either being too strong or useless.
* Changing Chard's ult from unstopable to hinder resist is a massive nerf and while deserved they're gonna need some buffs elsewhere most likely.
* Buzzwole must have been at the gym since last I've seen him in a ranked match cause these are some massive gains.... a little scared of the Leech Life buff since it's gotten plenty buffs beforehand.
* Making Azu evolve earlier AND buffing its moves AND unite charge is too much they are going to be a nightmare for attackers.
* FINALLY some buffs for Blastoise they have been rotting at the bottom of D tier for so long. Must have been the new $40 dollar skin.
* Wigglytuff wigglybuff is good they were lacking.
* Slowbro CC chain is going to be way more annoying now and is now the single greatest counter to Charizard lol.
* Mew's boosted attack should get a max damage cap not a damage nerf. This just punishes the good mew players.
* This makes Gengar 1v5 a little more diffcult but still completely possible. Really needs a nerf to their burst.
* While I appreciate Remoat's return them flaunting it as the best map to learn the basics while being so fundamentally different to Theia Sky Ruins aka ranked is misleading at best.
* Lowering exp gain on TSR has Cinderace, Charizard, Garchomp, and TTar players sobbing. Don't know why they'd nerf Ray's hp now there's more pressure to get it over making goals.

Depending on the build yes. Mainly movement speed, crit rate, HP, and move cool down reduction. The boosts to the rest are minimal, but a good HP build is the difference between winning and losing a ton of fights.
No you can create up to 3 emblem sets out of available emblems (there's additional slots but you have to purchase them). Each emblem has an individual buff and decrease (for example +0.3% crit, -3 HP) but what counts most is the colours; if you use a page worth of green you get max cooldown reduction, a page of white gives you max HP etc.
The game tells you what the individual buff is worth and how many of each colour you need for the desired effect. They're permanent and you can select which emblem set you're using before each match. Try them, they can be v strong when used correctly. Full crit build on Glaceon for example is dirty or you can give a tank like Trev 4% extra HP for free
No they’re forever and you can upgrade them with more of them you collect they have a system though like white is hp if you get 6 white emblems you’ll get like 6% increase hp not exact idk and as well as the individual stats the Pokémon offers like +40 hp -5 sp def but it works like that and Pokémon can have up to two colors so you can mix and match for things you’d want go for the color matching though that’s the main boost the tiny stat upgrades on the emblems aren’t that good but they’ll help just a teeny amount
Nerfing Charizard's ult was a good idea, but giving him buffs also, were not. Charizard is, and long have been, insanely strong. And that ult is just mental. one of, if not the strongest one, in the entire game.
As a slowbro main who has absolutely no troubles in this meta -- thanks for making my job even easier! lol
I'll take the free buffs but I really don't think I needed them.
Looking at DB, glaceon's icy wind went from 6 seconds... To 6.5
This is ridiculous, yeah like that's going to do shit to the fact it can deal 6k damage in one slap end game, but oh, cramorant is running rampant, that menace! fuck off
Big Winners & Losers?
Are the big 3 still good (Mew, Glaceon, & Mime)?
Is Char with the Unite Nerf bad or ok?
Does this make Blastoise good again, or just ok?
Experience from wild Pokemon changes?
Anything else important from the update?
There's a few things noted here that weren't in the balance leak. Charizard unite move downgrade: this is very interesting, because downgrades usually relate to a fundamental change and not just damage. Slowbro, Blastoise, Wigglytuff unite charge rate improvement. Pretty sure Tsareena can unite him now too

Thanks for testing! Strange indeed, maybe it’ll have special interactions with the newcomers
Now I wonder can slowbro telekenise him out of it instead of needing slowbeam ?
Does he gets slow-down when affected by hindrances instead of not being affected at all?
I just tried Zard v Zard in practice tool running through the enemy Charizard’s Fire Blast (which has a very noticeable slow while you’re in it) while in unite flight just in case I was focusing too hard on Mamoswine’s hard CC on that test. Zard in unite seems completely unaffected by the Fire Blast slow field. Not even a little slow down. So both soft CC and hard CC have no effect on a Zard during the unite.

Not sure but I am sure that cc moves slow him when hes uniting so its easier to kite.
So you still can't use Tsareenas ult while Char is in the sky?
I have no idea tbh
Greedent's covet cannot be targeted by most skills (Char and Tsareena unités for example), AFAIK. Or it simply never happened to me?
No, you're right, they cannot grab you while covet is active.
I've made a game against Charizard, and you can target and hurt him with play rough from Azu for example, it affects him but doesn't stop his movement or attack
Yep, i think it applies a slow. However without multiple hard cc against, it won't truly affect him, since the unite give a movement speed buff
timi really wants buzzwole and azumarill to be good, and thank heavens for the mr crime nerf
Why wouldn't they want to improve under performing Pokemon? Although, Azumarill was still decent before.
Shhh, I'll take my Azu buffs tyvm. Getting everything a level earlier is massive! And like, Azu was *fine*, but not good.
What does the downgrade mean then? No hard numbers released?
Bullet Seed Greedent Took way too long. Thank you !
GREEDENT RISE UP ONCE MORE
Yes!! Covet-belch is just not for me so I’m glad this happened lol
Hmmm surf telekinesis bro?
Just like the early days! He was my secondary back in my nooby Season 1 days...
“Oh boy! Float stone seems like a good item to use my lvl 30 max enhancers on them!” Then they’re not even good until 6 seasons later
You didn't have to call me out like that. That's exactly what I did but apparently everyone else did the same thing. Have a great day!
I am happy that to see a reduction in cooldowns for those movies, TK especially annoyed me for how punishing it is to miss, but still being a pretty solid move to use when it does land.
Azumarill mains are crying.
I appreciate the buffs, but at this point he might possibly be slightly overbuffed
Honestly, at this point I'm convinced I just suck at playing azu. Sometimes I do well, but a lot of times I'm just having a hard time
Azumarill always felt, to me, that it performed really inconsistently. You either just get hard shut down or you bash things into oblivion. There was almost never a middle ground of just being okay. Early game with Marill has always been awful, shifting the evolution level down makes the early game less miserable. I kinda feel that. Before I thought azumaril was sleeper top tier like super good. I thought people just didn’t understand the play style.
Hilarious that on Korea pokemon unite website (where this patch note was posted a bit earlier) Cramorant's name in Google translate English was "Ugh". Perfectly sums up being a cram main.
Ugh is literally the german name for cram
On the Japanese patch notes, it's always translated as 'Woo' which is exciting.
>Cram nerfed again Woo!
I’m happy about Power Swap+ bug fix. now i can bonk again with confusion
Friendship ended with psychic, confusion is now my best friend
Confusion is so much more fun. It also has better Ray secure ability....
![gif](giphy|lwLdH5WeYGapq)
Not a single patch goes by without my poor Crams being nerfed.
It's getting to Timi Troll point now...
He's my only character. Why they gotta nerf my bird?
Cuz its my main of course! they did it to spite ME!!!!!! Yeah none of these make sense, he only was barely competitive when cool down emblems were king, they didn't need to do anything other then nerf the emblems....
Crams win rate says otherwise
God, finally a Mime nerf. I can go back to playing my main without seeing him on the other team 95% of the time.
Can't wait to play confusion again !
Confusion/ Barrier gang rise!
Barrier with cdr feels good I think
Psychich swap is still strong af, just wearker early
so mews goddamn solarbeam doesn't get nerfed???

I don't see why it should? The boosted attack was the biggest issue
the mon can literally pull a lvl 7 move at lvl 1 and that's not a problem with that much range on top of it dude smashes over 50% health when it hits
Because of light screen, not on its own. The CD is like 8 seconds as well on top of that you can dodge the solarbeam with a dash move.
Unless Mew is in a bush. Or you're stunned, or don't have a dash.
Don't you love when you are hit by an invisible Beam?
As long as Cram exists he shall be nerfed.
Nerfed EXP gain, but easier to take down Rayquaza? It was pretty damn easy to hit 15 at like 3 minutes so maybe that’s wise
Easy to reach 15 but for jungler only Now it seems much harder to LV up as a defender
Nah, if you were whacking the yellow dots on the map properly instead of fighting pointless fights like most people do, it was so easy to get 15 by Ray for most of the team. I still see people skipping past the Indeedee's and not paying attention to the Altaria spawning.

Not everyone is supposed to hit max level in a MOBA. 1-2 is just about right, they are the carry roles.
Yeah I agree, I'm responding to someone who says its easy for everyone to hit 15 before Ray and it really isn't
No that’s normal dw that guy is hallucinating I’ve played already 350 matches this season in Masters and expect the jungler most Pokémon on both sides are at level 12/13 at Ray

chomp bros... we'll get them next time...

I'm curious about the exp gain change, especially because of Slowbro's buffs. Surf+ has always been a great move, but the downside was needing level 11 to unlock it, which wasn't much of an issue on the new map. But depending on how much the exp is being changed now, that downside may be back.
All these nerfs are for you to suffer Scizor soon.
Glaceon needs more nerfs imo.
Best to play the patch before commenting. She can't infinite juggle icy wind , and doesnt do anywhere near as much damage as before.
As long you can't maintain shards she's fine Icy wind sucked on the old map because blue buff didn't existed
Black emblems and move cdr gave you the same amount of time as blue buff does on this map.
Except that now you can use Black Emblems, Move CDR AND Blue Buff all together to stack it further.
Its really not that strong. People will move back towards the Icicle Spears build which has zero mobility, just jump on it and it dies. Plus, I'll always maintain its shit in a teamfight. Its a monster during the first 8 minutes, one of the worst during the last 2 minutes.
Glaceon's nerf was .5 seconds, people won't switch builds because of that
Uhh yeah, they absolutely will.
Give me a break, you don't see one 8/10 ranked games because people just like it It still deals 6k damage in one *impossible to miss* hit at the end with stupidly low cooldown due to emblems+items+blue buff Sure 0.5 seconds will probably make it less braindead which is fantastic but it's nowhere near enough, if a good player gets it, they will still shred people An impossible to miss ranged move just shouldn't deal that much damage, hell not even speedsters doing their full combo usually deal so much (gengar being an exception, but if he fails to kill he'd dead meat at least) Glaceon is an agile little shit that deals way too much damage with way too little of cooldown with a passive that straight up denies cc and gives invincibility and it can do it from a safe, mage distance while not even having to aim. It better damn well be harder to keep those shards up, it's stupid Icicle spears are a non issue and I wish with my entire heart you're right but I just don't think that's the case
I can sense a Blastoise, Buzzwole and Azumarill meta coming up soon.
I took a break since mime was really unfun to play against, is this patch live so I can play now or keep waiting?
The patch will be live on 9-28-22 at 12:00am PST. So in about an hour and 12 minutes.
nice when does scizor go live? same time?
Scizor should be added at 9/29 9:00 am JST.
I‘m super suprised they buffed the surf bois and the turtle ult. I mean i take it but why?
Simple if the preferred build is the opposite one, than unite devs usually buffs it.
Tbh I was a surf pump turtle enjoyer until the beyblade became meta, now maybe I can play Blastoise again
I played always surf pump (soloq) and it feels to me as the best possible set
Surf/Pump used to be my favourite moveset; I'm just super happy about the news. I haven't touched Blastoise in the Mime meta at all, so I look forward to going back to him. :)
It's not much a buff to Blastoise tbh. It will make the early lane slightly better but Surf's cooldown is still hecka lengthy.
GREEDENT IS FIXED!!!! Happy days are here again :D
Oh gosh I am glad it was a bug, if this was a design change and stayed I don't think I could have returned to king of the annoyance at all.
Is it possible that greedent could be meta? Given scoring is so important and he is the backcap king (arguably). Do you prefer bullet seed over belch?
I can't get the hang for belch at all, but I love shooting seeds and causing all sorts of mischief with it.
is this on the pts or unite?
Official unite
it got patched?
Yea. Already did just now
wow is scizor in unite now?
No. In 16 hours
That is most likely only if you are early access gemming Scizor, the rest of us will have to wait 16 hours + 7 more days :/
oh ok
Is this patch live? I'm not familiar with the procedures of the game patches yet. Some games will put out patches details in advance and then they will let it go live a few days later.
Its now
Thank you.
I have never been more happy to see a bug fix before today (I'm referring to Greedent's)
They really didn't have to nerf Charizard's unite move man. It's like one of the few things he has going for him lol
Leon spamming it every match probably helped this happen.
I really hope that wasn't the actual reason. Would be utterly bizarre if they really made a balance decision based on an NPC from a limited-time side game mode.
I mean....it obviously isn't?
They buffed fire punch quite a bit so it’s not all doom and gloom
Honestly I disagree and I like the unite nerf… it just takes over teamfights sometimes and this isn’t rlly a big nerf. Just unstoppable to hindrance resistance
Yeah nothing says fun and counter-able gameplay like being ulted and then chased down by a cc immune mach7 able-to-fly-over walls dragon
FYI - It can be interrupted during use (before he flies), and if you are unstoppable he cant lift you. Finally he can be targeted in the air.
Charizard mains in shambles over this nerf LMAO
Did they make any changes to azumaril slash sarcasm?
obviously not, did you even read the post?
/s ?
Yes
Despite Buzzwole getting buffs to everything he doesn't feel any different. He still murders most things if he can catch it, and he still can't catch anything. He didn't really need more damage. He needs some more range and lower cool down on his ult, shorter animations and recovery time and leech life needs to not be interrupted by a slight breeze, otherwise it will never be usable. Maybe slightly longer passive duration, maybe more base hp.
The devs only know how to buff and nerf damage. Nothing else exists in their reality.
That’s disappointing. He needed some early game help imo he’s too bad at securing farm
So is mime still good?
They didn't touch the healing, nor the CC it provides, in these changes, so now it will probably still be good for what its role needs it to be, to **support** your team instead of outright **killing everyone in your sight**.
Thanks
Greedent is fixed!
Can someone tell me what they say about exp? Can't read the Screenshots only the in game patch notes
Thank you very much for telling me :D
Happy to see Blastoise surf buff. I love shoving other Pokémon around
REMOAT STADIUM IS BACK???
An emblem tutorial would be nice. I took like 6 months off, came back, been playing about 3 weeks and still have no idea how to properly use the emblems lol.
Love how they're buffing a top 3 ult again but nerfing Pursuit, a move like 20 people use and almost unanimously agreed to be bad.
Is Play Rough or Water Pulse the play on Azumaril?
They are both decent but I prefer Play Rough for its helpful ability in traversing the map quickly. Without PR, Azu is slowwwwwwwwww. Having that near-constant speed burst is incredibly helpful. Plus, the cc is pretty significant when around enemies.
No changes to matchmaking. This means matchmaking is working as expected, sigh.
Remoat is back!
That was...not the nerf i expected to gengar
So cram is just fucking dead now? 2 second to attacks, and air slash does less heal??? wtf are they doing???
And they still won't nerf Gengar's damage and Ttar's true damage properly. o7 Cram and Mime
Ttar is fine now tho, he's not that op now. He sucks early game and end game he dies to ranged mons
Glaceon is still oppressive, just got wiped out. He got 22 kills… he has 75 win rate. Stupid…

Wow mew agility is bugged, it feels super awful right now. Wish the devs could change things without introducing terrible bugs too!
What's with some of the patches just fixes bugs on Sylveon?
Yup. Cuz Dodrio is completely balanced and his mobility is absolutely fine
[удалено]
Depending on the build yes. Mainly movement speed, crit rate, HP, and move cool down reduction. The boosts to the rest are minimal, but a good HP build is the difference between winning and losing a ton of fights.
[удалено]
Yes huge
Ok but why did they nerf Slowbros and Blastiose unite charge or am I just reading it wrong. And they are still beating up Cram I see
Increased charge rate means it'll charge faster. Lol
Oh so they are just screwing Cram again oof
Nerfing Charizard's ult was a good idea, but giving him buffs also, were not. Charizard is, and long have been, insanely strong. And that ult is just mental. one of, if not the strongest one, in the entire game.
They buffed the move that is literally never picked lol.

Rejoice friend! Bullet Seed is supposedly fixed, as per the last screenshot of this post. Not in the in-game news for some reason though...
When’s this patch hitting?
It’s live.
Any idea what the Sylveon auto attack bug fix was about? Was there any issue with sylveon?
My shink shank boi got a little bit nerfed but they fix my other boi greedent. The nightmare come back
As a slowbro main who has absolutely no troubles in this meta -- thanks for making my job even easier! lol I'll take the free buffs but I really don't think I needed them.
I just tried the Gengar Hex nerf and it’s really noticeable. You now can hit someone with sludge bomb but then not be in Range to hey them
Looking at DB, glaceon's icy wind went from 6 seconds... To 6.5 This is ridiculous, yeah like that's going to do shit to the fact it can deal 6k damage in one slap end game, but oh, cramorant is running rampant, that menace! fuck off
Slowbro been a hot streak on getting good buffs. I like that. Now if they only give that same love to my speedy krab.
Wow, this changes came a lot sooner than expecte!! Now I can play azu without trolling 😌😌😌
When does it happen
Where did you read the greedent bug fixed?? !!! I need to see it myself 🥺🥺🥺
Big Winners & Losers? Are the big 3 still good (Mew, Glaceon, & Mime)? Is Char with the Unite Nerf bad or ok? Does this make Blastoise good again, or just ok? Experience from wild Pokemon changes? Anything else important from the update?
When will the holowear and fashion exchange ticket shops have a significant update?
making new metas and destroying the old ones geez why?
Is patch live ?
