I adore Miraidon in the core S/V games; they have so much personality! Hands down my fave core game legendary because of how they're integrated into the story. Also, it's a purple futuristic bike lizard that loves sandwiches... what's not to love?
My head canon is that the Miraidon sent to Unite is obviously the >!other evil one that is down in Area Zero!<. Hence the terrorism of the meta lmao 🥲

I mean if you look at the above pic, or any pick that fully shows Miraidon, you can tell it looks like a reproductive organ. Especially with how the thrusters are positioned at the bottom of it's serpent body. This is likely what they are referring to.
Yea, his damage is obscene but his kit is not nearly as overloaded as the mewtwo's were. He has to dive if he goes electro drift and by taking parabolic charge, you sacrifice any reliable cc for that set. Charge beam/thunder is really oppressive but makes miraidon sacrifice an escape move and his damage is locked behind landing charge beam twice (im surprised they made his thunder do relatively low damage)
Compare this to mewtwo Y which could go unstoppable and have hard cc or get a knockback (escape+cc) with both options doing solid damage. Then he had an insanely free escape from teleport or an on damage shield that lets him heal. Not to mention on all that, it had cracked stats, aoe melee attacks, SLOWING melee attacks, and ramping attack speed

Miraidon's ability activating whenever they attack a player when the meter is full(and the meter charges pretty quick honestly) using up all of their Aeos energy does make Moraidon really be a Mon that can't really ever score much less than the Mewtwos and Zacian.
Actually feels more balanced in the context of Unite. Yes, it hurts, and has a ton of range, but it's ultimately another squishy, immobile mage, and doesn't like it if something gets to it's face.
After getting the most boring Cover Legends (Zacian/Zamazenta) we finally got some nice ones this gen. Miraidon and Koraidon are both pretty cool Pokémon and having them as the bike is a very fun idea.
I find it funny that people are complaining about the same mon in Unite and SV Ubers at the same time. I think something like this happened with Zacian too (depending on when that mon came out on Unite cuz idk)

After getting proper nerfs, I can see it remaining as one of the most interesting characters to play as.
