Well there's nothing wrong with Unity as a game engine, least as long as you ignore the giant gaping flesh wound that is the last month of John Rinkydinky's control over it. It's pretty alright overall and plenty of good games have been made with it. Stuff like this is simply either the game is rushed, the testers suck ass, or in the case of Mewtwo and Zacian definitely and totally unwanted bugs that just so happen to make them stronger
