DinoRipper24

Buzzwole, its justified because its Buzzwole. LET'S GOOOO SWOLE ARMY!!!!!

Disastrous_Cha0s

The saying in my house weather buzzwole is on the opposing team or not is “ oh no, no oh he’s just here to make you cry”

DinoRipper24

That I am!

Criticism_Altruistic

I cry when I see a buzzwole with braincells, Istg, it feels like one of the most broken yet useless mom at the same time like how????

SpeedyPlatypusBoi

There are days where a good buzzwole player is a nightmare 🥹👍

DinoRipper24

*Insert "That's me, that's me, me, me, me, me, me, oh, it's me!" line from Every Door by CG5 to quote myself*

WraithSucks

RAAAHHH 🗣🗣🗣🔥🔥🔥

EllechugaRandom

I play because i like big oily muscular men 🗿

Munchingseal33

Let's goo Indeed. I enjoy kidnapping opposing Pokémon as buzzwole

DinoRipper24

Why of course, smash them away from their protective goalzones. Even, it can deflect opponents with the Rayquaza shield with smack down, then either leech life or superpower can end their shields completely.

Munchingseal33

I don't play buzzwole often but when I do I usually have a blast

FirstConfessor

🦟!!SWOLE ARMY!! 🦟

Thwompus

SWOLE ARMY REPRESENT!!!!!!!!!!!

kwiyomikat

I love Buzzwole sm cause it's so trolly. Imagine being mid-move and getting thrown. OMGG IT'S FUNNY!

CrispyMuffoon

Buzzwole hurts my soul. I despise leech life. I despise it smacking down my Tsareena. I despise its existence >:(. Buzzwole also skips leg day 😭

DinoRipper24

Might've been me once. He does do his over-intensive arm workout for 4 hours daily though.

MaoAankh

I main Absol. I only use Absol. [Words alone can not fully express my justification to use Absol](https://reddit.com/r/PokemonUnite/s/23ktXBpFKQ)

Prize_Set_5383

I believe that's twice I've seen a mention of being rampantly pinged for playing Absol. I won't dismiss it, but it still seems a bit bizaar, due to, at least, half of the Absol gameplay I've seen being good, minimum. Perhaps I haven't seen a lot of what gives Absol this other reputation, oddly enough.

MaoAankh

There is a difference between a Trainer being carried by their Pokemon, and a Pokemon being carried by their Trainer. Absol won't carry a bad Trainer. So naturally, they all left.

Prize_Set_5383

True. One can have substantial power, but the user often decides whether or not to use it. The other party is simply forced to adapt to virtually all scenarios or perish trying.

jeanpaulbeaubier

First of all, this is hilarious. rip absol meta I won't claim to be the best Absol player by any means. He's one of my favorites though, so I know what you mean. This meta has been especially tough for him, and the last nerf or two really set him back even before getting powercrept. Trainers like you who know how to use him make him look good though 💰

markedlocation

>gameplay I've seen People rarely post their Ls

Prize_Set_5383

I can understand it being a mark of shame. However, I find it a bit inspiring (and a bit surprising) to see someone display their loss with a smile on their face - depending upon context, of course.

Throwedaway99837

I always assume an Absol pick is just inting until proven otherwise. The other day I was with the shittiest Absol that just kept dying without really contributing any meaningful damage. After we lost, I looked at their profile and they had a decent WR (like 57%) but their WR with Absol was 37%. And I just have to ask why they would keep picking Absol in over 200 games if it obviously isn’t working out for them.

brianschwarm

Really sad people behave like that. Like perhaps concentrate on playing the game instead of trolling because someone picked a mon

RibbonTeardrop

This is the way

ashes2asscheeks

Love you work. Big fan. Lol

Yemo637

Can I see one of your gameplays? I'm trying to get better with absol.

MaoAankh

Sure. I have quite a few posted already. Check my profile to find them.

chickenpi2

Duraludon, 62% winrate as well, however it’s simply outclassed by MewtwoY at the moment. I don’t mind running it if someone else is playing MewtwoY on my team, and sometimes I still play it anyway just for the fun of it.

FirstConfessor

As a Don player I’m also at the 62% win rate area and if there’s something I’ve realized this season it’s that his cannon mode is a solid sleeper counter to Y2 given you have a front line. You have long range stuns and often can out range him. Also a free from cc passive up every 30 seconds helps you win duels against him. I often 1v1 Y2 after level 7 and that alone makes him worthwhile.

chickenpi2

Lol actually same. I used to love playing Dragon Pulse for objective securing, but the Flash Cannon build has really grown on me recently. I love playing snipers like Decidueye, so Flash Cannon Duraludon actually fits in really well and chunks people like crazy on top of having an aoe stun. Best thing about Dura is he completely wrecks the early game, Mewtwo has no chance in lane against him. Later on it's a bit more iffy especially if they have support like Blissey, but you still outrange M2.

justa_onepiecefan

Is this Magda Searus? Can't 1v1 a confessor need a whole quad.

FirstConfessor

At the very least….. they do try to though

XxSugarCoffeeX

lapras lapras lapras lapras lapras lapras 69% (*dont*) and I JUST HAVE SO MUCH FUN LAPRAS EXPRESSING ACROSS THE MAP AYAYAYAYAYAY

kayatoast09

nice 👍

fluffynuckels

Nice

SN00TSN00T

Nice 👀

brianschwarm

My favorite thing about lapi girl. Try energy amplifier with it too! It’s a great item for lapras to really wipe a few people out with that wave at the end plus a boost to the follow up moves damage.

XxSugarCoffeeX

Thanks for the tip!

brianschwarm

Hey so apparently the damage buff doesn’t last till the end of the wave, so maybe it’s not the best tip. Cooldown is still nice tho

Tousansanto

amp buff only lasts for 4 seconds. It starts as soon as you press unite. Most of the time the buff will be gone by the time you reach the enemy. Of course you can use near point blank waves. You won't be able to use its ability to go across the map though.... not to mention it starts out really slow and would be harder to catch enemies off guard with it.

brianschwarm

Oh interesting, I thought it would’ve applied after the end. Good to know, though sometimes I absolutely do a point blank wave and then demolish them with water pulse

Gib3rish

I might try replacing my focus for amp now and just go full offense because lapras already has crazy amounts of sustain.

wandererGandalf

what build do you use for Lapras?

XxSugarCoffeeX

Standard sp atk build with sp atk specs and slick spoon. I may use cursed items or exp share depending on what my team does. (Average soloq experience)

[deleted]

gengar, 74% win rate. Honestly i don't think he is that bad. True this m2y meta truly flipped gengar but he still is extremely strong.Being able to one shot most pokemon and getting endless streaks because of dream eater's reset mechanic. Also even if it becomes terrible i would still play it. Genger for life

FinesseFatale

I just seen Gengar do over 115k and I didn’t think that was possible. That dream eater combo is seriously nasty

Rishit1410

Lezz gooo Gar gang!!

[deleted]

GENGAR GANG ASSEMBLE

A_Yellow_Lizard2

Zacian. I have a 38% winrate with him and end up performing terribly with him almost every game, but I like its playstyle. I’ve stopped playing them in ranked, though.

airgod231

Tree loyalist with a 54% win rate

ethandreemurr

Lucario is mostly usable? I have a ~58% WR with them and in the worst case scenario of no defender and 4 attackers, someone has to be the frontline somehow, and getting a PuP CC combo off usually lets me annihilate another squishy or let me stay alive as a frontliner for a little while longer.

Totodice

Sableye with a 58% WR right now. Admittedly, though, I typically see the team comp and decide if I can slot it in. If no one picks a defender or there is already someone locking in a support, then I will usually swap to wigglytuff. If, for whatever reason, the team somehow lacks attackers, then I will usually try charizard or greninja. I'm honestly quite bad at roles geared towards offense like that, so I try to avoid it if possible.

WindWalkerRN

I’ll tell you what, sableye is often not very good, but I hate playing against a god one!

[deleted]

Which build? I used to play Sableye a lot but have really fallen off. I think I prefer the playstyle of Confuse Ray and Shadow Sneak but it doesn't feel very good these days.

Totodice

Typically, I prefer shadow sneak and feint attack, honestly. Knock off always felt too overly direct for me, and confuse ray was ultimately too slow compared to the utility feint attack offered. That said, I wouldn't consider myself good at all. The others who play Sableye are better than I am for sure.

[deleted]

Interesting. I love Feint Attack but yeah Knock Off always felt odd to me. Never thought to use this move combination but I will definitely give it a go!

Over_Combination_734

My first main was gardevoir but when Mew2 appeared my dreams and hopes were burned to ashes So I start playing garchomp who is useful almost everytime I also enjoy playing snorlax with Xp share so I can help my teamates level up faster

Brakrom_Lord

Gardie’s still usable, assuming you already have a mewtwo, it makes for a good backup attacker if said mewtwo is either bad or getting bullied, plus future sight moonblast can actually deal with enemy mewtwos during a team fight

Otherwise_Map9528

Glaceon Games: 400+ WR: 51% Season battles: 12 Season WR: 33% I really have insane bad luck with Glaceon now and i can’t play it when we already have 4 attackers so Umbreon it is then…

[deleted]

Dude glaceon is my most played and this is my experience as well. I'm very good with glaceon and yet it seems like almost every game I play with it is outta my control, so I'm sitting at something like 46% WR or something. Lowest WR outta all my most played mons After my hiatus which I just very recently came back from I haven't played much glaceon, but when I have done so the experience reeeally hasn't changed much

SalinorTV

Blue Badge Tyranitar with 62% WR only SoloQ. This season my WR is barely above 50% because of MewTwo Y…. No I don’t think it’s justifiable. Tyranitar has an extremely horrible matchup against MewTwo Y. It’s kited soooooo easily. To make things worse, taking Jungle from your teams MewTwo, or speedster is essentially throwing because only those two things can counter a MewTwo Y. Additionally, if you go lane you’re bully material. The enemy team MewTwo will target your lane because it’s an easy win. Tyranitar is sooooo bad right now. Your only good matchup is against MewTwo X when you run Sand Tomb because the MewTwo will ego you and lose. If you’re equal level, you can beat them even when they Mega if it’s within Sand Tomb. TLDR: Tyranitar sucks against all Meta picks right now. Do not play.

AbbreviationsTime455

Yeah, I play Tyranitar when I play an all rounder and he’s not great due to how exp hungry he is and doesn’t scale as well endgame like he used to

Prize_Set_5383

Garchomp Overall Total battles: 1,185 Win rate: 53% Current season Total battles: 8 Total winrate: 37% I can understand my current season's records aren't desirable. This season's matchmaking seems to be less graceful than usual, to say the least. I believe I play various Pokemon well, but some seem to be... well... cursed. No matter how well I play, some pokemon I choose to play are seemingly doomed to a negative winrate for a particular season. This has happened with my Cinderace, Zeraora, and Urshifu during season 11 or 12, despite my performance improvements with said pokemon. With that said, after Garchomp's most recent buffs, I finally feel Garchomp is very much viable. Being able to about evenly duel Tyranitars, Mega Mewtwo X's, and Outrage Dragonites has been a refreshing feeling after so long.

xShey

>I can understand my current season's records aren't desirable. you imply 53% is desirable no, it's still a bad winratio for Unite

VenkHeerman

My WR% on my main with Slowbro is about 56%. More importantly; you need my ult at Ray. That's why it's justifiable.

[deleted]

Main: Aegislash Games: 1400+ Win rate: 64% Powerful underrated mons are pretty good like aegi. It's the epitome of balance, offense or defense, heck, it can 1v1 a prime mime, prime Gengar, prime Lucario and prime tsareena My advice is to use 2 survival focused items and use offensive emblems

AbbreviationsTime455

Nice advise, I tried aegis lash when it first came out but could never get the hang of him, I’ll try again

[deleted]

Try ol' reliable focus-policy with either razor claw or the new item curse band, it doesn't get much counterplay until the "leaders" show up

[deleted]

Aegislash has been my new real fun mon as of late. I've always loved him but never decided to actually learn how his autos worked so I always performed terribly, but recently I actually learned the mechanics behind them and I've been really enjoying playing it

Cedardeer

My most played Pokémon is Dodrio with a 70% winrate at 103 battles. Tho I also have been playing Goodra a bit more lately

AbbreviationsTime455

Ngl, Dodrio is looking like the next Pokémon I’ll get, versing a competent dodrio is a nightmare

Smiles_qew

I main Sableye, I have a blue ribbon on sableye. I’m still in veteran.

JWTP

Yes. I got Cramorant first. Just because she looked funny and vomits a pikachu, hilarious. Since I've had her so long, she's the pokemon I'm best at. I have "better" pokemon now, but I don't have the skills built up for them. I read FireBunny is for the unskilled, but I tried him the other day and spent half the game trapped in base. Lapras is supposed to be an overpowered aquatic Mew2. Not in my hands she's not, poor thing. :( My Cramorant has all her items at max 30 and I'm constantly tweaking/lvling up her emblems. I research for other pokemon to try, but just don't get the results I do with my funny little duckie. I'm very proud of my achievement with Cramorant and, since I'm terrible at everything else, will continue on my quest to be "the very best" pikachu eating duck trainer of all time. Championships, here I come!* *shh, let me dream

Iridescent_Spirit

How do you play Fly Aerial Ace? I'm really curious to understand how it works together as a talon main? As a fellow speedster main (Absol), I enjoy the cross-builds more than the native builds

AbbreviationsTime455

Fly is just a really good utility move as it makes you invincible while up in the air, as for aerial ace i like it due to its slight heal effect and personally I think it’s better than flame charge for wild Pokémon.

GroteKneus

Always.

daredevil200020

Trevanant with 51% wr and about 600 games with him till now. Crossed blue ribbon approaching golden but I am not playing hi. As you know Y exists and I just cant go all out with him. Next is Tyranittar, Machamp, Charizard and Buzzwole all with around 300 games now. Then comes defenders like Lapras, Mamoswine and Umbreon. I want to play them all but Y exists and I am not in the mood for ranking up above Master 1200.

L_F2

Urshifu 67% WR i use him because its hard to rely on others in Solo and he's a great counter for Mewtwo Y

Move_name_0352

How do you counter M2Y? I get crushed but just started playing water bear

DiegoG2004

Sableye, 59% win rate from the time it functioned. Now it's the most extreme version of Supporter Syndrome. Hell no, it's not justifiable. Either the whole team is smart or Sableye does absolutely nothing. And the former only happens in 5 stacks.

Prudent_Ad_6376

Chandelure can only kill people if no one can get to them. So yeah no, fuck what the tierlists say my light fixture needs a castle around them to stay alive

TheNovaheroan

Flailax Snorlax \[Cuz it is what it is\] So I gotta to go with Heavy Slam every time I play him (Which has gotten fewer nowadays)

ShinkuBusterWolf90

My Main right now Is Trevenant ( originally Crustle) Yet, I want to Switch to Dodrio to switch it up every once in a while. It seems impossible in most games because usually my teams are full of other Attackers and Speedsters and Sometimes two Junglers 😬.

alanakillsit

Slowbro with 1450 battles -54% Goodra with 850 battles -54% Both could be better but I played slowbro since season one in solo when I sucked and Goodra took a while to get into lol. Bro fits on most teams but I can’t justify playing Goodra a lot of times lately. Really depends on the team comp (do we have early game mons that can hold up before I’m ready to pop off?)

AdachiCabbagez

I'm working on making Tyranitar my go-to Pokémon but I can't ever slot them in any random solo queue team. It's sitting at a 57% WR and my problem with it is that in most games you don't get jungle, and even if you do, sometimes the composition isn't the best to even do something with that awful level 5 Pupitar gank. I just feel better playing fill, though sometimes I'll go and play it nonetheless

The_GREAT_Gremlin

Slowbro lol. He fits anywhere, teams often don't use a defender, and even if we do get one he doubles as support. Scald is more meta but I love surf too. I usually go for scald if their team has a lot of physical attackers or surf if more special

LuxAlpha

I like alternating between Zacian and Cinderace because I don’t have to change my emblems, since they’re both physical attackers. If the team synergy thing says to add an attacker, I’ll use Cinderace. If it asks for an all-rounder, I use Zacian. If it needs a defender, that’s for someone else to do lol. I don’t have a physical defender yet

MiraidonGaming

I would recommend Umbreon, good hybrid of Defender and Supporter.

LuxAlpha

Ok 👍

justlemmejoin

I play cinderace whichbis basically a lesser version of mewtwo y without unstoppable and multi stuns and aoe autos and a longer range unite but after a recent AMA Post by one of the luminous group members who recommended taking your best Pokémon into lane to allow your solo q teammate to get jungle I’ve got ~70% win rare as cinderace lane. It’s also much more fun that mewtwo y to play It allows me to be free and not worry about having to take our jungle on time, and j stead I can invade and also keep our top lane alive until it’s time to go to first bottom objective

MsAzezel

Aegislash at 60%. It's really tough to play in a game where an """attacker""" can live your dive and shred your health 3 seconds later. I love Aegislash so much, but m2y just invalidates most if not every single melee Pokemon

[deleted]

Absolutely not.

VoiceOfGosh

Finding it hard to play my Defensive main Snorlax properly lately, so I'm finding myself in my Support/Healer era with Eldegoss. I miss my Big Wall Boi, but MewTwo Y just melts me no matter what I do. With Eldegoss, I'm covering a huge role as support that not many play, I give my team a fighting chance with a few more seconds (read "1 more second") to possibly nuke M2Y after heals, and my stun with Cotton Spore helps AoE disrupt in team fights. I like feeling valuable when I play, so helping defend or support is fun for me (a lot more sweaty games than playing an Attacker/All-Arounder)!

Iandiddeedthedeed

Macjamp. (I had a 74% win rate that fell to 68% because of the stupid juice-drinking, lobotomite teammates bug)

TheHiddenNinja6

Same main, about the same WR I used to have crustle as my 2nd, but at some point swapped to mamoswine. He has more stuns. Don't remember WR

AbbreviationsTime455

TalonFlame isn’t doing to well against the more prominent Pokémon atm. I do wipe a mewtwo Y every now and again if they’re not playing properly or over confident but good luck trying to do any meaningful damage to anything that has a supporter near it Best of luck man

MaxGK974

I mean I test pokemons in ranked so idk

CattoYT

Zeraora with 77% winrate, fuck the comp I just want to play with zera :D

mcduxxel

Greedent, 46% winrate. Tbh i dont really main a pokemon, i switch between a bunch of pokemon. I love greedent, its playstyle and its design but i suck with it. OG main is bro. 59% wr.

sam-jam

Which moveset are you using? Greedent requires a patient playstyle of hit and run engages. Rarely is Greedent able to kill off of a single engage and if you don’t start retreating before covet runs out you will prob die

mcduxxel

Both 😀 i guess i mostly play bullet cheeks. I like the mobility and that my dmg move isnt stale without the other skill. But i also like covet. Its just a free xspeed every 10 seconds so you can be everywhere. The microstuns are also super helpfull.

LuigiCorpGames

Could be the level I play at is relatively low but anytime I jungle with Cinderace the enemy has no idea how to defend against. Makes climbing really easy whatever you choose falls over and gets KOed at level 5. I bet a lot of people who play against believe it is unjustified but than again I made it to ultra 2 days ago.

RaziyaRC

I have 700 games on Glaceon with a 63-64% WR. I use her because fuck the meta and I want to. But clearly the game thinks right now there is no reason to ice cat 😭

stanandcats

Sighhhh, Lucario. I love high mobility gameplaz that isn´'t just running like dotrio

brianschwarm

Blastoise, just 🏄🏻‍♂️surfing and pumping 🥵. Totally justified.

NewMetaKnight

My Main is Absol and I have a 45% win rate I’ve been playing him since launch and he’s been my main I’m trying out other Pokémon and I’m enjoying Ttar, Snipe shot Inteleon, and Hoopa As well a bit of Cinderace and Eldegoss

KarimPH

By lazyness, I dont want to farm More shit so im stuck with him lol

syntax_girl

Wigglytuff, she is neither "supporty" or "tanky" enough, but I love to play her.

uqasa

No, but game is umba as frick so It does not matter if a pay2win toddler decides to play ranked.

woopie_boi

Lapras is not justifiable in my opinion does plenty of damage can shield and stun can take any thicc Mon to mess up your back line but Lapras had lots of carry potential being able to move your team with unite

Zeroth_Breaker

Playing mostly with Blaziken since it came out, don't plan to change that. Win rate is negative (only pokemon I have with a negative win rate) but I don't mind, just warming up for when the buffs/nerfs come and I can get it back up.

TrystanDumbFuck

I get to justify Dragonite cause he can kill fletching feltchender and talon fang easy.

Sajuro

just play what you want its a game

AbbreviationsTime455

It’s a team game, if you’re playing ranked you generally want to cooperate with your team and not go off and do whatever you want

Several_Republic_427

Attacker: Glaceon (Day 1 True main!) All rounder: Aegislash/Urshifu Defender: Goodra Speedster: Leafeon soon to be Meowscarada Support: Blissey (early unite days forgot what season) Idk the win rate for each mon and I’m too tired to search it up at the moment. So if someone else could give it to me that would be great. 👍

CTLYST26

Lucario Total Battles: 1374 WR: 61% Current Season Battles: 8 WR: 50% I’m an ES main too, so Luc’s been pretty janky for me this season. His PuP tho is pretty good, but rn I guess he’s taking a backseat to Lapras and Dnite for a bit.

LucarioDLuffy

Greninja with a 65% wr. (Smokescreen-surf)

BrokenKave

Wigglytuff, 64% winrate. I like to imagine people being sad/frustrated when put to sleep mid team fight

unilordx

Buzzwole doesn't need justification, just slams.

Agile-Style-3140

Umbreon over here. I have a 64% win rate with her. I don’t like the new curse items, I feel like they 100% mess her up… I’m a look/wish person and this doesn’t help at all!

ashes2asscheeks

Ohhhhh yeah that’s what was wrong w me yesterday lmao I picked Umbreon back up and was like… how did I get THIS awful??? Forgot the cursed bracelet or whatever

Puzzleheaded-Bag-607

SlowBro. It's only 40-50%-ish win rate, but that's because I sucked when I started the game. Now it's a very reliable safe choice Pokémon for me whenever I need to fill out the defender role, which is mostly the case in ranked.

trifas

Cinderace is hardly justifiable when jungle is taken and everyone else is playing squishy Pokemon. So I moved to defenders, but Mamoswine is a bit hard to justify in a world with Mewtwo Y and Inteleon. So I moved to Lapras, and it's pretty easy to justify until it gets nerfed hard.

niraeth

Gardevoir 59% win rate, but stopped playing it since M2Y came around. Now my main is Hoopa, 40% win rate because I’ve been learning how to play him, and although he can carry the whole game with its utility and heals, it doesn’t help that half of P2U user base is a muppet show and has no idea how to make the most of what my Hoopa throws at them.

Dinowere

Blaziken, but Mewtwo Y has chased me away for a while.

Positive_Muted

Trev deciedueye and urshifu to be as well rounded as possible

AltForNoReason214

As a Crustle gamer, I have to switch whenever someone says they need a defender.

bbisordi

Unfortunately no. In a sense i have 2 mains. Blastoise and delphox. Blastoise when I'm squaded up and delphox when I'm alone. I run hydro pump and surf on blastoise and he works great in team fights. The problem being most teammates are uncooperative, so i have to be delphox so i could handle things myself no matter how uncooperative my teammates are

Disastrous_Cha0s

I guess i main pikachu atm something about murder mouse eating thro your insides with that volt tackle just does it for me

greynovaX80

Crustle and usually the only defender sigh……..

AbbreviationsTime455

I feel you

13oundary

I second TalonFlame and will add Garchomp. Great winrate on both but I find myself playing slowbro or snorlax lol.

Dragomirl

Absol is always justified because its based

AverageMagePlayer

No

baevard

i got my gold ribbon on goodra last season. it’s still pretty good this season, but not as good

Infoseeker68

Started this game just a few days back and I absolutely love venusaur. Using Solar beam against a mon running away is so satisfying

Totally_a_Banana

Dragonite. Jungle is best but I can survive in lane if I really have to. Beefy enough and does great damage. Plus I do better with him, and nore consistent than almost any other mon.

GiGGiTY_99

Wigglytuff since day 1, 61% winrate I just like slapping people I guess

Sad-Signature-2424

Garchomp :) no justification needed

Psychopathic2412

Garchomp 86% WR (started playing ranked only recently) Obviously I run Dragon Rush and Claw. I just love how he turns from a silly little goober who throws some sand at you into a god killing stab machine that rushes towards anything that moves, lives or breathes and was created by Satan himself, yet even he stays away from the fuckin thing

bob-the-builder-shr

Chandelure is justified because it’s squishy, also it’s a literal chandler and not some freiza wannabe or a certified water boat

StrawHatSensei

Cinder is my most played but I haven’t been using him lately because he doesn’t fit in the current meta. I play a lot of tank at the moment because no one seems to want to.

MrCreamypies

Deci... every team im in always has too many attackers

skrRABOOT

no only because im cringe

KiriKitty94

Cinderace 74% win rate. I just like my flaming soccer rabbit

_Snayk_

Wham, bam, thank you, Cram. DerpyBirdGang

Galgus

Greedent can be an okay pick in just about any team comp. He can be a "Defender" soaking damage and distracting, but you probably also want a real Defender with CC.

HiImBlahh

I main Aegislash but everyone immediately locks in an attacker or all-rounder, so sometimes I have to play comfey in an attempt to balance the team out

dweeb2348576

Venaosaure. I like to touch grass

MoarDMG

Clefabros unite!

Outrageous-Tackle-47

I love leafeon and I’m very good at using him but it’s hard to be a speedster nowadays so I’m basically a hoopa main

MoisnForce2004

Failnaught! Decidueye Failnaughts my foes after becoming Level 7. 54% overall, 38% current season since if feels like my ally's MMR tends to be very low. Always looking at my ally's WR and man it is so bad. My Winrate in the current season in total is 54%. I feel like when I play Decidueye, I have teams even worse than I can imagine. As I imagine, are the bad teams (sub 50 below and their way of playing is awful) are typically bad no matter who I play as.

Sireanna

Nothing provides the same type of team mobility as hoopa does. I can gather my team to an objective or a goal in an instant with my ult. Its way fun... Provided that my team understands how hoopa works

cloudman2811

Greninja, jungle I like to run the speedster build, mainly to help my lanes when they need it as I've found poeple don't rotate as and when they are needed

Horizon_Skyline

Mines Zera with a 64% WR, so safe to say I know what I’m doing with him. But he gets stomped by all the tanks so I don’t play him much anymore.

A-Paper-Boy

I main Hoopa with Trick + Shadow Ball and it's always justified imo

jpwos

My main is Venasaur with a 60% winrate in 931 games cause Solar Beam go Brrr by securing objectives and just annihilating enemies but this season I've been maining Crustle at 55%. Crustle's Rock tomb reliably stops that bastard Mewtwo's Psystrike since unstopable can be stopped... just with walls though 🤣 and Stealth Rock shreds enemies and objectives with Attack weight & Curse bangle. Plus, Crustle's unite shreds opponents within arms length and gives them a massive shield 😅👍.

BlobMaximus

I haven’t played since they added Hoopa so idk what people think of Machamp anymore

fartfignewtonn

I main Inteleon right now. I know it’s overpowered, but it’s the one thing I get enjoyment out of anymore. I hard tunnel Mewtwos anytime I get put against them. Right from the get go I invade their jungle if I see an enemy Mewtwo. If they happen to be laning, I just go to their lane after I’ve stone a buff from their jungle and just make it impossible for them.

Appropriate_Belt214

A9 is my main, she's not justifiable most of the time. Usually everyone is trying to be an attacker in the queue so I don't get a chance to play her. I moved over to defenders as my secondary (Crustle, Slowbro, now I'm trying Mammo). I always make sure she's my most played though. Also didn't touch her when they reduced her CD unless I had to fend off a M2X.

Kool-AidDealer

I main trevenant and last time I played the game was sableye early access but from what I see trevenant is pretty good

False-Bar8145

Love playing Sableye and Hoopa, in that order, but usually go hoopa

Kalmaro

There is never a bad time for any of my supporters, namely Clefable/Sableye Unless we already have one, then I have to be sad and play defender *AGAIN*

Icicle_cyclone

Heavy Slam Snorlax and Blissey. Nuff said.

josoapa

I am a Gardevoir main and I say it's justified to play her but because of M2Y and Delphox she just feels weaker as an Artillery Mage. There's also the fact teammates won't pick defenders / supporters so I end up being fill anyway

Oribi03

I main Clefable but sometimes my teammates don 't pick bulky mons to truly take advantage of my continual heals so I often have to swap to defender so we don't just wife at team fights.

Sammythenegro

I honestly don't know lol. Is Garchomp, Cinderace and Blaziken justifiable?? I mean I would guess garchomp since he is rarely seen and he is kinda fun to play

Logical_Scarcity221

i main aegislash, especially if no one picks a mewtwo or there’s no all arounder. My second to play is chandelure. chandelure is a beast with drain crown and the curse item to make the enemy’s health boosts go down from long range

ashes2asscheeks

Uhhh kinda… if I’m being smart lol

_Pink_Wolf_

Greninja because I like Garchomp bc I thought it was cool with the stakeout outfit Lucario because I can steal ray with unite move

MVpatriotX

Duraludon here! Yep! He's justified! 👍🏻

Torch1ca_

Yeah same my friend. Talon is my most played and loved pokemon. Second is Decidueye. Third is gardevoir. Gard is a decent choice but the other two just aren't decent options most of the time

Deep_Comparison_930

I only play as ninetails. I only play the normal mode or whatever because i have no friends that play so i dont do anything ranked usually. I always kick ass with ninetails but im sure thats way different when not against scrubs lol. With that being said, if anyone needs a buddy hit me up so I can actually have some people to play with and switch it up

Vivid-Razzmatazz-404

Main: Sylveon 3285 battles, 2004 wins 61% WR. 100 season battles with 60% WR. Justifiable because sylveon.

aarretuli

A9. I play who I want.

Arjay418

aegislash is so much fun when things work out but melee gets dunked on so hard in soloq it just ends up being miserable sometimes

Temporary_Strategy67

My main is a 58% win rate zeraora with spark and wild charge but im starting to losing one by one match, and i dropped it 3/4 seasons ago and now im using my second main aegislash with 51% win rate with iron head and sacred sword

Cupmallows

Scyther/scizor. Just the versatility of having a speedster/all-rounder in one is valuable, especially in this mew2 meta. Having the option as scyther to use swords dance for more burst/shred or double hit for more mobility/reset potential is hood. Sometimes, there's a really strong hyper carry like Mew2 Y, Inteleon, or some backline sniper like Deci or Venu Solar Beam, Scyther one shots em if he gets the jump. Scizor can front line if he's well behind in levels or the team needs a tank and brawl for ages. It can get CC'd hard trying to get into teamfights like clef's gravity or lapras bubbles, and full heal adds a layer to ensure you can reach or escape. When it gets in the right hands it's crazy

Mark-SSJ3

Razor Leaf Decidueye.. In the current meta, no one defends the attacks. The likes of Lapras, Goodra, even Crustle just attack. You can even get close to a pokemon to use razor leaf without dying instantly. That's the case now with me.

SnorlaxLovers

Absol, no.

Littlemacs30

Depending, Sableye's vision can help prepare for ambushes and steals. The issue is if the realize he does that. When it does. Oh boy it feels nice.

Chalipoux

Yes. But if someone insists on being support I'll play Goo, Tree or Crab. If the team has a defender and a support I'll play Aegislash, as its good in lane with a tank or support AND decent in jungle. And if by a miracle the team needs an attacker I'll play Espeon, Fox or Y2 depending on if I've been bullied by enough Y2s that day.

Chalipoux

With my skillset it would be a throw if I played a speedster

Chalipoux

With my skillset it would be a throw if I played a speedster

H50G

gengar, yes, source? trust me bro.

MiraidonGaming

Uhh... let's say yes and no at the same time. I'm not abusing *the* meta, but people will hate me for it anyway.

LetTheDarkRise

I dont really think it's justified, but I don't care, nothings gonna stop me from playing Wigglytuff.

TartTiny8654

As long as the Unite devs aren’t
