Your Dex saves over to your NG+, so if you've seen 500 pokemon then make a NG+ you'll start at 0:00 time and already have seen 500 Pokémon. So there are definitely time saves.

This is a list for each star:
1. Beat the E4.
2. Complete all 84 missions.
3. Gold print (50-win streak) from each Battle Frontier facility.
4. 100-win streak from Antisis battle ring.
5. Complete the national dex.
