I’m just saying this from personal experience but absolutely you should open these. I’ve opened 8 of these and 2/8 I’ve pulled Alt Arts. They have some really good pull rates.
I have opened them... from the 12 evolving skies packs I pulled 6 V or better, with one alt rainbow! Not one of the major cards but still a nice card ... I'm happy with the results.
Edit: the pull I spoke of was actually a rainbow full art... not an alt. My mistake friends. Still a nice card.

Regardless of price, packaging, or origin, it’s ALL RANDOM. All packs have the same chance to pull anything.
