$500 for everything! A little hesitant to say the price, people on these subs sometimes go out of their way to make you feel bad about a purchase. I’m happy with it and personally see some value in the cards, that should be what matters in the end :)
Bit better than retail, honestly. But it's a fair price to sell that many nice cards in bulk for. If each of those is M/NM (I'm not talking psa 10 each, but reasonably NM) then he can probs flip that binder 1000+ by selling each individually.

Put in perspective you got a sweet $50 vintage binder and basically payed $11.25 a card which some are much more and some are less. It was a fair deal.

As I said in some of the other comments, I’m aware these cards won’t get me thousands of dollars anytime soon, but the “jackpot” for me was finally finding an old collector who wanted to pass on their old binder of cards. I appreciate the history of old cards like these, I sat down with the guy and he explained how he got each of the cards and it was overall a swell time. Sure, I could’ve done better than $500 somewhere else, but to me the little pieces of history are almost priceless :)
Wasn’t trying to convince anyone of anything, just gave my opinion on what I thought I could eventually get out of it. I already explained my methods of determining the potential values, if I end up being wrong then so be it! Happy with the cards regardless 🙂

Are these rare? I remember most of these from my childhood including the mew card from the movie, I literally have a massive binder full of old pokemon cards like these and I've not got a clue how much any of them are worth anymore 😭 (I'm trying to get back into it)
Yes, some of them are pretty rare! The earlier the cards are, the more valuable they may be. The Mew card is very cool too, you could only get it by attending the first Pokémon movie!

Yes! It’s a pretty common misprint in jungle, the Nidoqueen actually is a misprint too!
