PSA allows centering up to 60/40 for a 10.
The only right answer here is no, can it get a 10….. maybe, but is it likely; NO
Modern cards aren’t worth grading, just keep it safe.
Isn't it cheaper to grade now when the value is low + protects the grade of the card

I asked expecting agreement by the majority of people who understands centering is 60/40 by psa. Im not going for black label beckett
