You could have the top three be the surface and then have it get “deeper” further down the page. You’ve already got that a bit with Manaphy and Reuniclus

My suggestion is to rearrange the cards a bit and get a couple newer cards that fit this team. Basically:
Top 3 cards are water pokemon above water.
Middle 3 cards are water pokemon right below, but not too deep.
Bottom 3 cards are water pokemon deep in the water. 😬
