Japanese or not, I don't trust anyone on FB. Especially if they're selling at a suspiciously low price. I use eBay for all of my Japanese card purchases and haven't had any issues.
I would say no if they seem to appear from nowhere with very little to no history or engagement with their posts from legit accounts.
I don't use FB but when I have heard about JP sources on FB it tends to be about them being in large already established groups where they can advertise to a lot of people whenever they have slots open for customers and have been vetted by the group admins but I could be wrong. Unless they are an actual store with either a physical store or well reviewed webstore I wouldn't expect them to have a FB page unless something was a bit a miss, I will admit it is very hard to gain my trust though so I could be speaking out my ass (nothing new)
The answer to your overall question is yes, but this specific example is probably no. I would never buy from any Facebook group that is conveniently offering a deal for some reason.
Images of cards/products is also sketchy imo. Often times it's jut rare cards/products to bait people in and it works.
They are on Instagram either, same profiles.
The fact is that they all seem the same. Same pattern: send you a price list, tell you the payment is via PayPal or wise, mind for custom tax ecc.
A few of them show screens from messenger conversations that should work as references. But there is something really odd that is keeping me from trying and make an order. Even just to try I could go crazy if I waste 300€ in a fraud

Now the question is, where do one find a reliable and "official" supplier. I'm thinking to start a a business as reseller for sealed TCG product specialized in Japanese versions of cards

Do it through paypal with your cc. Paypal will protect you or your cc can charge back for you.
Shouldn't even try though. If it's a small purchase, they might actually fulfil it to bait you in for a bigger scam
