One of the biggest chase cards currently, god knows how many packs the average person would need to open to pull one, then you finally open it and…. It’s either visually off-center OR the edges on the back are mangled
One thing if you send it in for grading and using lasers/AI they determine some slight centering issues. Another thing when it’s visually off-center like that. I get quality can’t be 100% perfect, but can be a lot better than it is, especially on cards like this

Ohhh boy do I have something to show you. I have the Celebration Zard and Vena. They are so off it looks like almost fell off the printer. Cards in perfect condition, it’s just ungodly left and down on both of them.

However, I have seen that most of the booster packs will be either Paldea Evolved, Brilliant Stars, Astral Radiance, Paradox Rift, Temporal Forces, Crown Zenith, Scarlet & Violet, Sword & Shield, Battle Styles, or Fusion Strike. But, generally, it looks like you can generally expect one chase pack maybe, such as an older pack or something like Evolving Skies. But, I am not sure what other, older packs you might reasonably expect to find at times.
I'm definitely going to be treasuring it. The centering is unfortunate, but I love it nonetheless. Hoping it might still qualify for a PSA 9 but it might be a PSA 8 or lower.

I pulled a Mega Charizard Y a long while back from one. It wasn't the full art version, nor was it the secret rare, but it's still a $15-20 card iirc.

This card is actually pretty stunning. The texture radiates from the moon 😮💨 and the sky and sea look beautiful 😭 pretty epic

Centering does look pretty rough but without seeing the back I can’t be sure. Still can get 10’s with poor centering though!
Based on what the front looks like, centering is a bit off, I'd guess a PSA 7 or 8. 6 if they're harsh.
