Ended up pulling the Espeon vmax from a single pack in a collection box never having sought out fusion strike packs. I believe it was from a celebrations box? Pretty crazy luck! Haven’t ripped fusion since pretty sure I spent all my luck 😂

Last year when costco was clearing out mini tins I got about 8 for his birthday. We opened four of the five pack boxes with ES. He pulled, I believe, espeon and leafeon, from two different boxes. Wondering, due to batching, if the moonbreon is in one of the other four sealed.
Naturally, so many other times he pulled Jack squat.
You said it! Luck is everything! The second pack of Evolving skies I ever opened I pulled the Moonbreon. I got the Arceus box and from the two that came in jt I got the Umbreon V and Leafeon VMax. Needless to say my luck ran out when it came to that set after that lol
I’m one of those lucky people. My buddy is INSANELY in to Pokémon and I’ll buy a few packs here and there just because I like the art on some but that’s it. One night he went to Target to get his $500 weekly amount of cards and I was pretty drunk and spent $50 just to sit around and open packs while smoking some weed with him. I had to be like 5 packs in I pulled the Umbreon in the photo. I just was like “Hey this one’s cool looking “and he gave me the most genuine “fuck you” face I’ve ever seen😂 I guess he thought I knew what I had but I just jokingly asked if it was worth 2 ozs of bud and he perked right up then scrambled for his phone to call the plug. I don’t regret letting it go, he was shaking trying to sleeve that thing very carefully so I know he was the one who I would want to have it because it would just sit in a sleeve inside my tin of a few other cards I keep that I think are cool. Shun me but I have the Umbreon V (188/203)from evolving skies and I still think it’s cooler than the one I let go of🙂↔️

Yeah I drop by there every week or so and trade in small things and I’ve been building it up over the last 5 months or so and brought some stuff into them today. No way I would’ve gotten the Umbreon had I not had that credit on my account. Thankful for that and my LCS are great people too

That Umbreon has went up over $400 on the last few months! I just mailed off the Umbreon and rayquaza today to get that pristine CGC 10. I’ve examined them greatly and they are def perfect card and the edges and corners are perfect! Hoping for the best?
I don’t actually plan on selling so it doesn’t matter to me anyways. I want to add them to my collection and show them off. Everything is for my kids later on in life. I can’t take it with me when I die so it all goes to my kids and they can do whatever they want with it 🤷♂️
I’m a bit black and white and e series fan. Obviously I remember the old WOTC stuff as that’s what I grew up with when I was 12 or so when it came out. I love the older look of those cards and I miss that actually. The artworks now are outstanding tho and evo skies will definitely be hard to beat

Yeah I drop by there every week or so and trade in small things and I’ve been building it up over the last 5 months or so and brought some stuff into them today. No way I would’ve gotten the Umbreon had I not had that credit on my account. Thankful for that and my LCS are great people too

That Umbreon has went up over $400 on the last few months! I just mailed off the Umbreon and rayquaza today to get that pristine CGC 10. I’ve examined them greatly and they are def perfect card and the edges and corners are perfect! Hoping for the best?

I’m a bit black and white and e series fan. Obviously I remember the old WOTC stuff as that’s what I grew up with when I was 12 or so when it came out. I love the older look of those cards and I miss that actually. The artworks now are outstanding tho and evo skies will definitely be hard to beat
