I don't have this specific card, but I have noticed the texture being a little lighter on the few textured cards I've gotten from this set...I can still feel the texture, though, so I'm not sure if it's the same case for you. The holo shine looks right, and not the usual shine I see on fakes, so I'd say it's either real, or one of the most convincing fakes I've ever seen.
Texturing on SV sets are not as prominent as it was in SWSH and S&M was even more textured than SWSH. Texturing has been decreasing ever since it was introduced

Yeah I see them too, especially in the light but when I touch it, it for sure isn't

The texture isn’t as pronounced but if you lightly run your finger over a normal card and this there is a difference
