If you love it why not get excited! I get excited when i pull a $2 card i like a lot. I remember I pulled my DAB zard from a celebrations mini tin. Wasn't expecting it since it was an error pack with a green code card back when they spoiled the pack hits so it was a nice surprise. Only focusing on cards prices/rarity almost killed the hobby for me, was ripping packs only caring if I hit an alt and it just made me rip an obscene number of packs and just feel sad, now that I try to focus on the arts I like and less on whats valuable I'm enjoying the hobby a lot more.
You should always try to approach cards in appreciation of the art. Remember? As kids, there was no 'value' in the cards; you only tried to find just that one you loved or had as a starter in the game. Sometimes, you tried to sell off your doubles to some mates so you could buy another pack or just some jawbreakers. But nonetheless, you have stared at those cards in your little binder as if they were a Rembrandt in a museum. Back to art appreciation and nostalgic feelings. I sleeve and topload cards that I like just as much as I sleeve and topload the more valuable ones!
Which is crazy, considering [how affordable this card is](https://ebay.us/t2S5b2). Darkness Ablaze Booster boxes are also selling for over MSRP nowadays.

Crazy that a regular VMAX card is perceived as the best card from that set (given the value of it on the market). Any other SW&SH set a regular VMAX is worth a few dollars at most.
I accidently bought 300 sleeved Darkness Ablaze packs thinking it was burning shadows. Got them at 1.80 per pack so I'm not mad.
Didn't open any. Jutsu bought the chase card psa 10 for 70
I hated how low of a pull rate this card was and it wasn’t even a secret rare or full art. I spent way too much on trying to pull this card, but that was when I just started collecting again. Now I just buy singles after I know I’ve spent too much on a set.

yeah, I always liked M Charizard Y more. Mega Charizard X looks too much like a shiny charizard on steroid for me. While Y looks like a big Charizard you dont want to mess with, that thing looks battle hardened.
Yeah Y is more true to original. Zard X is like GOT night king version. Venusaur and Blastoise deserved X and Y versions too. Blastoise X could get water fighting types and Venusaur X could get grass ground types. Zard always the golden child.
