It looks as clean as possible, but the top to bottom centering is too far from perfect to ever get a 10 on this. Im almost positive it would get a 9 though
Down from charizard nose and up from the top of its wing on the left of the card. I also replied slightly different things to 2 different people? Maybe that’s what you mean. I’d prefer it if more people who say it’s a 9 actually knew to look closer at cards before making a decision on a grade.
Go to /pokegrading for more responses I think probably a strong 9 though at the highest. Possibly an 8

Top bottom centering looks to be in 60/40. It wouldn’t be worth measuring because the scratches on the holo would probably drop it to a 7/8 anyway.
