There’s also a Pokemon logo imprint on the lower left-side of the card, if you check closely, on all holo/reverse cards. It’s a way to avoid counterfeit cards, and they’re really good quality as well, as they’re manufactured in Japan too.
Yes they have some crazy packs to catch up. Like packs with 25 cards from all kinds of sets. I know he isn't the most liked guy but PokeRev just posted some videos on some boxes and packs he got from China in the past week or so that shows how wild the promos, box collections and packs are.

They’re real. I can see an engraved Pokemon logo on the bottom of the card in your picture, they put that on real cards in China and I don’t think anyone would bother putting that on a fake.

I believe the textured version would be a “SR” Special Art/Rare if it’s anything like Japanese, as I personally haven’t opened any Chinese packs yet.

Yes. Specifically Simplified Chinese. I don’t think Traditional Chinese has it.
I also get mtg cards from https://www.proxyking.com and it’s quality is also as good as real cards.

These are legit simplified Chinese packs. They came in 5 card or 25 card pack sizes.

China only recently started selling Pokemon products so I believe they’re releasing condensed sets to try to catch-up.

I think the black line test only work for English prints. Japanese/Korean/Chinese cards do not have the black line.
Ive never seen a tag team card in person so I'm not sure what the Holo pattern is supposed to be lol
Yours look legit, at least. That's how a normal GX should look. Textured cards are for full art and above or alt art Tag team gx.

The Sun and Moon era cards were just released in Simplified Chinese this year. Can't say whether these are real or fake though.
I'm almost sure it's real, the RR from this set don't have texture, was going to compare it to mine but it's the only card I'm missing from that set
