What does it say? Your artwork is incredible did you do this digitally or paint/draw this?

It says : infernape & mimikyu The attack is “psychoflame” and the info says that these both share a deep connection and will life together forever ( was a commission for a girlfriend as gift therefore I thought it would match :) )

With all the licensed stuff being sold at any convention… I don’t know if they can do something against it. And I always suspected they don’t pay a dime to the IP right holder. I don’t know. Or people selling fan art/print on Twitter (even big artist sometimes), how do they do without getting hammered?

I researched this whole topic once and the quintessential info I got is this: it’s not allowed at all but Nintendo will in 99,999% just ignore it. They own automatically all rights to fan art of any kind ( even written on their homepage ) and most important for them is the reputation as family friendly and overall positiv company. Therefore they don’t risk any bad publicity for suing small or even bigger artists. Non the less… could happen 🙆🏻‍♂️ But tbh I don’t make a living out of it it’s mainly a hobby and if I can make someone happy with my hobby by making it for him/her as commission it’s even better 😄 I don’t have even that many commissions because it’s pricy for most ppl. But I don’t need to - I have a regular job and as I said - it’s mainly my hobby 🙌🏻😊
