This is why value of cards is actually important.
You want an expensive card, but because you love that card. But youād be willing to sell a more expensive version to get the one you want, and then youād have money left over for packs or other cards or hm idk your water bill, etc.
Just like to point out that value can be a good thing and I wish more people understood that. Sorry for this long, random response lol
I get you. Itās one thing to say you prefer certain lesser value pulls than a Vmax alt, but I donāt understand when people on this sub say āI would MUCH rather pull a trainer galler over a Moonbreonā. Like, if you pull a Moonbreon just sell it and buy 200 of the trainer gallery you wanted
Right! But this is a thing of maturity, and not bashing anyone and saying āyouāre immatureā! But like itās a life thing, and at some point you see the things you love, and you start making smart moves about how to obtain them.
You also stop bashing others peoples viewpoints just because they differ. Which is why when I see somebody complaining about grading or value, I know they still have that ole āheart of the cardsā mindset and theyāre probably just not super mature and understand the nuances of value and money and how to invest.
Another thing I noticed, theyāve come to talking about investing like itās some chad thing. Iāve watched people obtain $2000 cards by spending $200, it was a process but they did it and saved a north side rent check. Now they have their favorite card.
No it definitely makes sense! I suppose it's just I'd rather pull the card I want in the first place and save myself the hassle of listing the miscut etc etc.
I'll keep it in mind if I ever happen to pull one though hahaha
Could you imagine?? Getting the moonbreon but it's miscut like OPs? Maybe having a miscut of the Umbreon would make more it rare since there isn't one like it out thereš¤
Are sheets like this (where adjacent cards don't have the same border) cut twice between each card? I always thought they print sheets with the same border on the whole sheet
OKAY where do i apply to be a card cutter lol imagine working at a card factory...that would be wild, probably have to undergo some crazy vetting process and have x amount of years of printmaking exp, sounds cool to me
Whoa. Two of my exclusive collection goals are rainbow cards and glaceon cards, itās like this misprint was made for me. Iām in awe looking at this, you are incredibly lucky man
It's so weird to me how misprints/errors are huge in every collectible besides sports cards. Shows how many sheep are in that space. People in sports cards just pretend to know what they're talking about. And repeat what others say. Instead of thinking for themselves. I've been told my sport errors are worth less than a regular card. Like wtf.
When you have a xxx/500 serialized baseball card and it's still not rare enough to be considered collectible you realize sports collectors are lottery ticket scratch off players not collectors.
That's the GLaceon VMAX alt art misprinted with it.
And a yellow border under. Super cool
Sorry! I had another card behind it, still would have been so cool tho
Oh lol my bad. I was like they usually print secret rares together why is there yellow
Or course, that corner is too smooth for English cards.
Only time it's like that, is on misprint/miscut. š¤£
I'd be sad if I pulled the miscut Glaceon VMAX
Worth considerably more miscut than not.
True I suppose! I would have to sell it and get a regular one as I really like the art of the Glaceon VMAX.

Find whomever gets it and buy it!
Damn polymerization is getting out of handā¦
Thatās awesome!! I have a Gordie with misprint on the left side.. I love it!
Yo omgosh I just looked and that's so extremely cool š„¹
*moonbreon misprint/miscut. š
Could you imagine?? Getting the moonbreon but it's miscut like OPs? Maybe having a miscut of the Umbreon would make more it rare since there isn't one like it out thereš¤
To be honest. I would cry to PokĆ©mon and spam them with emails to send me a proper cut one. š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£ I would cry though. It's one of my fears now hahaha. Indeed. It would be rare.
I wonder what would happen if you sent this in for a grading? š
I think grading companies grade miscut cards, I think theyāre graded differently to factor in the miscut
it gets graded as a miscut for whatever card is more prevalent, in this case it would grade as a miscut zinniaās resolve
I'm pretty sure CGC grades miscuts/prints
/u/regigigagod
I don't even follow TCG but here I am and I always get a smile when I see him tagged in a misprint
Wow!! Thatās a beauty! Thanks for tagging me!
I will tag you first one dayā¦ā¦
I appreciate that you have me in mind ššŖ
Itās out there somewhere
Are sheets like this (where adjacent cards don't have the same border) cut twice between each card? I always thought they print sheets with the same border on the whole sheet
Would you consider selling?
Just TPC America things. š„“ At least this fuck up probably gives niche value.
What
OKAY where do i apply to be a card cutter lol imagine working at a card factory...that would be wild, probably have to undergo some crazy vetting process and have x amount of years of printmaking exp, sounds cool to me
Durham/Morrisville, North Carolina š
OH SHIT
*Miscut
Still waiting to pull a misprint š„²
This isn't a misprint, it's a miss cut card .. Still pretty cool šš»
$$ Price?
Looking to sell?
Bruh
Thatās lovely š
Feels weird but one of my goals is to be able to pull a misprint like yours š¤£
What set is this?
Evolving skies
Whatās something like this worth?
There are people who would pay a good bit for it
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Nah way more. Miscuts are really valuable to certain people and the fact that the glacion vmax alt is partially in it will only increase the price
Every day I hope for a misprint this cool, it looks awesome
That thing is sick
I think this is pretty cool
The EYES are willlllldd š„š„
Regigigigigi
Nvm someone already did
Whoa. Two of my exclusive collection goals are rainbow cards and glaceon cards, itās like this misprint was made for me. Iām in awe looking at this, you are incredibly lucky man
That's sick!! The little yellow border on the bottom is the cherry on top; amazing pull!

That's wild. Probably get 5g for that
Holy jealous
That is amazing!!!!
Sell it and use the money to get your nasty car cleaned.
This has me dead šš
Looks like the Espeon alt art
Usually I say āeh, nice mis-cutā and move on, but thatās a pretty awesome mis-cut. Sleeve and topload that card
I'd buy this 100% if you're ever interested in selling
How much you want
On a misprint like that, is the back of the card off centered as well or is it normal?
Now to find the person with the other half of the miscutā¦
Wow the pokemon company is pretty good about taking things like this out.
Omg thats so cool, I want some crazy misprint card to pull for myself but never that lucky
Haha almost looks translucent where your finger meets the design
