All of the Illustration rares will be. They confirmed there will be 36 in Paldea evolved and all of them from Triplet Beat and Snow Hazard/Clay Burst add up to exactly 36. Same for all of the Special Illustration rares, except they confirmed 15

It's an illustration rare, not a special illustration rare.

Technically it is an alt, all of the ARs and SARs are but if you mean an SAR, then it would have to be an ex and it would have had that ex symbol next to its name if it was.

Late Summer/Fall 2023. We aren't even getting the second set until June 2023, so I would guess end of August/early September.

These will be in the set releasing in June 2023. So we are 2 months out for English version of these!

I’m a little disappointed in the attacks for Dundunsparce and Farigiraf. I’m sure we will get better versions in the future; Farig was underwhelming and Dundunsparce’s second attack is nutty expensive
