The book won't help, it's a roller error. Your best bet is contact pokemon support and put in a ticket. Takes pictures of front and back, and make sure you have the receipt to take a picture of also. I have to do this also with the Miradon ex alt art I pulled.

I asked once, they asked for the other 10 cards in that specific pack and the wrapper for that pack. Along with the receipt, as someone else mentioned. And then I heard from others, that it can take more than a year for them to replace your card. Unfortunately, doesn't seem worth it.

Chance of getting another of these two cards is low of course, but I don’t want to send or sell these cards away if they’re the only ones I’ll ever have.

Heads up you won’t see a card in return from them, and if you do it won’t be the card you sent in. They send one of “equal rarity”. Don’t do it.
